Crystal Car Wash

Tried to charge me a 4 x 4 price, even though my car is not a 4 x 4. When I questioned it, I was told its because my car was 'very dirty' ...it was no dirtier than normal and I was not aware you could be charged more if the car was dirtier than they'd like!!

Absolutely disgusting service… went for a valet.. 1 of the guys cleaning inside my car knocked off my rear view mirror.. 3 different guys tried to fix it and tried telling me it wasn’t their problem… the owner is obnoxious and smelt very strongly of alcohol… couldn’t fix the mirror but still expected me to pay for the valet, obviously I refused … will never go there again!!

Worst car wash we have ever been to. Only half the car was sprayed before the guy started being shouted out by another worker the other side of the lot, they then started full in arguing leaving the car only half sprayed. Was then sprayed with a jet wash and told to pull into a bay. Waited a while until a young lad came over asking to dry or vacuum we just wanted the outide done. The car was rubbed over very quickly and we left paying £7. Was in there queuing for 10 mins cleaning no more than 2. We got home, got out to park and had to go and find another car wash to get the car cleaned. Whole sections around the bottom hadn’t even been cleaned, dirt marks on all the doors and panels and the side windows they had wiped had dirty smear marks all over them. I admit being this time of year the car was dirty, which is why went to the car wash. But they had just moved all the dirt about and had fun spraying the car with a power washer. First time leaving a car wash needing to find another car wash to get the car cleaned. No care or attention taken in any of the cleaning process by any of the staff members. More interested in arguing and fighting with each other. I’m sure the husband would have got out and said something had I not have been there. I hate confrontation and the arguing and screaming going on in there already made it so you didn’t feel like you could say anything. Just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible and never go back.

Excellent better job and cheaper than tile cross petrol garage where you get riped off.

Been going here for years and the guys are great!! Regardless of the vehicle or the weather, the guys do a fab job. We have two other car wash bays closer to home but, they are no where near as efficient as Crystal or the previous owners 👍 07.02.23 So annoyed today as got home 3 minutes after a wash, and my car is filthy!!!. Not even a number to phone and complain?? If i had time i would go back and insist on another wash.Very disappointing 🥺😡

Just been here, obviously to get car washed. Wish I hadn't bothered, one person on, no jet spray, car still dirty. Had to rewash when I got home. Usually very good. Sort it lads

Twice now I have taken my car here they said wouldn’t wash my car with no reason absolutely a joke

Firstly they were trying to wash cars with a broken hose, had inside and out done and wish I hadn't wasted £17 . Windows all smeared, cobweb still on mirror, dust and bits still on dashboard. Pointed out there was still dirt on roof and bumper and was told it would cost me more to get that off!!! Sorry, won't be back

I asked for a wash and vac. At first they said no, I had to ask for clarity. The man said no power, so I pointed to the car they were already washing and said, “but you are washing that one” he then said he could wash the car. The car wash was good, shame about not been able to vac.

Great service today. Very pleasant team and they made me and my nephew feel very safe in the car. My car looks smashing. Thanks all!

Stole money out my car!!!! Been going here years. Old owner put care and love into his business. New owners don't care! Did a bad job cleaning in the car, last visit the windscreen was smeared, this time I said I had some watermelon spilled on centre console, they said they would take care of it and they did not! Called me over when car was ready, I thought it weird they were paying extra attention to polishing the door sills. Normally when the car is done they walk off, not this time, this time he stayed close by to check if I noticed he had stolen £20 from inside my car. When I went to look for it under the rubber mat, he pulled my £20 out of his jacket pocket and handed it to me. I saw the guys chatting to each other before calling me over so it seems this was possibly discussed, planned and perhaps a habitual thing they do! Theiving counts!

Efficient fast service. Water jet seems a bit fierce,had to check to see if I had any paint left!!!🤣🤣👍

considering thats my exact car on the photos lol i used to use this place alot there was lad who was a diamond but whoever they have now are so lazy and rude overcharge on prices without a notice to say prices may change .... these people are awful my cars a mini suv they tried to overcharge me then refused a full valet due to a cant be bothered attitude.the reason was it is dirty 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴 sorry but why else would i bring a car to be valeted ? then proceeded to.tell me to come back at 7pm. i would not recommend at all.
