Absolutely shocking and horrible work done, the guy was really rude and swearing. he went around my car with a shampoo bottle and cloth, and even though I pointed out the dirt and marks on my car and wheels but instead of cleaning, he started swearing. Which is definitely not acceptable. He said your only paying £20, that's what the pricing is regardless you get the £20 or £40 valet done the point is it needs to be clean. And he spent less than 5 minutes full valet done. It's totally rubbish place, I would never recommend it to anyone. Never again Pictures have been taken 10 minutes after i left…

Very expensive for unprofessional job

Decided to try today as was passing - should have stuck to my other local one - cover on rear windscreen wiper knocked off twice (observed from my rear mirror) when I got out to make sure it hadn’t been broken - it was suggested they always come off !! Told them mine had never been knocked off elsewhere he was not being careful and was too rough with it - and if too heavy handed they could break it - reply was was well where you’ve been before must not have done a good job 🤬 - he was really arsey about it / didn’t do the inside door sills and on inspection at home poor cleaning -still has dust around windows - will stick to my usual one in future

Been going here for years. Went today! Got a valet. All my door shuts was left muddy. Dash hadn't been touched. Wheels wasn't dressed. All under the back bumper and side skirt was filthy still. Gonna have to basically get it done again! But it won't be by these dossers!

Charged £10 for the worst wash my car has ever had. A quick sponge over and dry. No sills cleaned and my wheels were left filthy, which I had to clean myself when I returned home. I usually pay £7 for a far superior clean at other car washes. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Allways be charged £20 inside and out today decided it was £25 . Bit unhappy just drove of. Then on returning home noticed the car had not been vacuumed properly.. won't be back enough car washes around.

Put there prices by a lot, extra £10! And they were literally cleaning my car no longer than 5 minutes!!

Always take my van here 20£ for outside wash and dry can't fault it

If I could give zero I would. Worse car wash I've ever been to. They sponged it for about 2 seconds and I had to ask them to do the door sills. When I've reached my destination and checked the car, there are patches that haven't been cleaned and the wheels still have black all over them. Won't be going there again!

Das Hooton Hand Car Wash & Valeting Centre ist eine Autowaschanlage, die tatsächlich Handwäsche anbietet – etwas, das ich aus Deutschland schon lange nicht mehr gesehen habe. Wir hatten keine Wartezeit, da wir die ersten Kunden waren, und das war extrem praktisch, weil wir auf dem Weg nach Liverpool waren. Die Lage ist daher für uns gut gewesen, obwohl ich diese ansonsten nicht wirklich beurteilen kann. Nachdem wir ankamen, kamen gleich fünf weitere Autos, sodass ich vermuten würde, dass die Wartezeit dort je nach Andrang variieren kann. Die Wäsche selbst war unglaublich schnell, da sich das Personal in einer beeindruckend guten Koordination direkt auf unser Auto gestürzt hat. Die Schnelligkeit war top, obwohl die Gründlichkeit im ersten Eindruck nur "okay" war. Es gab hier und da noch ein paar Schlieren, vor allem an den Spiegeln, aber das wurde in der Feinwäsche verbessert. Da wir die Wäsche zur Begutachtung unseres Mietwagens vor der Rückgabe genutzt haben, konnte ich das Auto sehr gründlich inspizieren und war mit dem Endergebnis zufrieden. Für zehn Pfund war die Wäsche auf jeden Fall ein Schnäppchen, vor allem im Vergleich zu den Kosten unseres Frühstücks, das fast das Doppelte gekostet hat. Zwar würde ich sagen, dass die Waschanlagen in Deutschland meist eine höhere Gründlichkeit bieten, aber für diesen Preis war es wirklich in Ordnung. Ich gebe insgesamt vier Sterne, da ich der Meinung bin, dass der menschliche Faktor bei Handwäschen zu Schwankungen in der Qualität führen kann. In unserem Fall waren wir die einzigen Kunden, sodass sich alle Mitarbeiter voll auf unser Auto konzentrieren konnten, was vielleicht nicht immer der Fall ist.
