Superb hand wash and great service - recommend these hard working guys very highly.

Took my van yesterday and I was greeted with very friendly service! Their prices are good and the attention to detail is high. Would highly recommend and use again!

Excellent service friendly & good value

Really disappointed with the service at Waves Hand Car Wash. I paid for the Platinum service expecting the car to come back spotless, but it honestly looked like it had only had a rushed once-over. There were finger marks all over the inside of the doors, the dashboard was still covered in fingerprints, the steering wheel was dirty, and multiple areas inside the car were still covered in dust. For the price charged, the attention to detail was frankly terrible. A “Platinum” clean should not leave the car looking half-finished. Really poor experience and not value for money at all.

Prices are too high now and sometimes they insist on platinum when you ask for gold. Quality of clean is good but I'm glad I moved elsewhere. They close early when they feel like it.

Visited with my very dirty 4x4 today - I have horses, work with horses, and my Labrador comes everywhere with me on the back seats, so you can imagine! The guys at Waves have done an incredible job, it’s literally like a new car and I didn’t think it was actually possible to get it so clean and smelling so fresh! I’ll be coming back for a regular freshen up now so that they don’t have quite a big of a job on their hands - thank you so much!

I have been car wash staffs are good price good

My mum took her car in and they stole her phone cable and put back a grubby old one. So either don't go or don't leave anything in the car. I mean how much is a cable these days, takes proper scum to do that.

I was told upon arrival that I would receive a text message when the car was clean, but head office actually ended up ringing me saying the car wash was closed and I needed to collect my car. This was quite worrying as I didn't know how I was going to get my keys if the place was closed. Not sure why I would be told to wait for a text? It was just a bit odd. Probably wouldn't go again. Edit: you sent me x2 emails 10 minutes before closing time. I was in the shops (waiting for a text message) and did not have access to internet or my emails. If anyone is going here I would suggest to just wait around for them as they don't have an efficient way of contacting you.

Fantastic service today. Car hasn't looked this clean since new. If you have a convertible and the roof needs cleaning, I would highly recommend taking it here. They've done a brilliant job of getting it clean.
