ES EverShine Hand Car Wash

This used to be my go to place to get my car cleaned, it was always immaculate and I always tipped because I was delighted with the service, but after the last few times I won't be returning. I understand people can have off days but 3 times in a row I've been disappointed, they charged me £28 for washing outside and cleaning inside but left so many things undone or done badly. My floor mats were soaked but still had stains, the dash interior was streaky and the last couple of times I've also had issues with dirt residue left on the car. I didn't recognise any of the people working there today so can only assume it's changed hands and not for the better. Such a shame.

DO NOT GO The guy sat in my car revving it for his own enjoyment then when confronted was rude. The job they did was awful, watermarks everywhere and interior had barely been touched. Dont waste your money.

This place is awful. Do not take your car here. I've just returned home and noticed it is still dirty! Especially the wheels. What a waste of £10. The third time I've been (over the years), I thought I'd give it another chance but it was the worst of all! It has reminded me why I started cleaning the car myself. There's not enough guys working there, and the ones that are just done care. Tried to call the number online but the number is not in use apparently - hence the review. Absolute waste of my time and money - NEVER AGAIN. The only car wash that is consistent seems to be the one in Rock Ferry, plus its cheaper.

Completely pointless trip here today. Went for mini valet. Got halfway around and they told me they couldn’t do it as they were busy. They only got busy after I got there. Paid £15 for a half washed car. Avoid. Go somewhere professional.

This place is a disgrace! Should have called themselves Nevershine Hand Car Wash! After, paying for a full valet the car was still unclean, door storage not even cleared (kids sweet wrappers) Shocking service and all three of them were inept. Its such a shame as previous team/owners were exceptional

I pulled up today in my Ford fiesta. On the price board there’s a list of prices. For small cars there’s a picture of a Ford fiesta (same as my car) 8£ for exterior wash. When I asked the manager he tried to quote me 10£. I explained to him that my car model is the exact same as the one on the price board next to “small cars” all of a sudden his English wasn’t very good. How convenient…. I will NEVER go back. Please BEWARE!!!!

Used extensively before but never again. Understandably busy for a Sunday afternoon but they either need more staff or close the doors to let them catch up. Car was sat half done with the soap already now drying on the car, the guy in front actually starts washing his own car (assuming he’s sick of waiting as well), move forward to dry/tyres and sat there again then get told to move to the side of another vehicle which I take slowly as it’s a new car to me with no front sensors and I’m close to the car in front (directed to stop there) but basically told to hurry up by which point their colleague has the passenger door of another car open. I don’t think he’d be too pleased if I drove into him! Car sits there for another ten minutes so the finished job is streaky and a complete mess. Really wish I hadn’t bothered and won’t do so again.

£25 for a mini valet on a bmw 1 series and they really pay attention to detail, even down to taking boot liner out and cleaning the wheel wells and surrounding areas! I travel from Birkenhead to use their service
