Chester Hand Carwash

It's a cheep car wash but if you want a good job go else where my car was left with micro scratches from using a dirty cloth across the exterior of the full car they definitely dont care about doing a good job I now need to t-cut and buff the whole car i wish id never gone to these.

Paid cash for a full valet. Information on instagram states a full deep clean reaching hard to reach areas. Left car and told to come back three hours later. As soon and I got into the car I was ultimately disappointed. Noticing many untouched things instantly. Door trims definitely not clean, still dead bugs on the front and roof. I understand my car isn’t brand new and does have scratches and imperfections, but I really feel like this car wash was far from what it offered. Before leaving I asked if the definitely did the full valet. I could wipe dirt and dust on the top of the drivers door. they then quickly rewiped some parts of the outside and inside, asking me to check if it was okay. I stated I wasn’t that impressed and they offered to reclean the outside side and more parts then, but I didn’t have the time to stay longer. All of the pictures attached are after my full valet, that claims to thoroughly clean hard to reach areas. They didn’t seem to even clean reachable areas properly. The pedals, interior mirrors dash board and parts of windows still had marks and dirt. I even found an old receipt down the side of my seat. There is also a picture attached of my rear seatbelts, which they seem to have plugged in avoiding looking at the new white marks on the belt, which I could wipe off with my finger. After also claiming they clean the seats there is plenty of crumbs still in the corners. There is more I could state, but you get the idea. They did offer I could go back and get it re cleaned for free, but after seeing these standards, I think I’ll pass.

They don’t use pre wash before washing car. Lazy service. Doesn’t wash car properly but takes the highest amount of money in chester

Have used this car wash for years but lately standards are definitely dropping .Visited today for just a wash was in the place less than 10 minutes had to ask them to clean the bird mess off the windscreen at the end didn’t dry the car as it was spitting (it had stopped by then ) didn’t clean door sills as normal all for the price of £15 think it’s time to find a new place shame really as it used to be the best in Chester

Terrible service and attitude from the manager when pointed out very poor valet with dirty inside and outside. Very aggressive and disapproving of the problem.

Not good. Bits of bugs still on my front bonnet and dirt i can rub off with my fingers. You are better off getting a machine clean. I doubt their rags are clean at all.

Amazing car wash done door sills and boot sills without being asked. Car wash sparkling leaving and after moterway driving was pretty grim beforehand.

Paid £35 for a luxury valet on a tiny car (Peugeot 107). Interior was not cleaned properly and one of my moisture absorber bags has gone missing. There was a black mark on the driver's side front pillar that was still there after the valet, I had to clean it myself. Seats were still grubby and some of the front storage compartments was not cleaned out. A dirt mark on the drivers door was not cleaned off. Not great value for money.

Not good. Did a great job on the outside but poor on the inside. I noticed sone obvious oversights so I went immediately back and they did have another go over but then noticed more oversights. I would not recommend.

Wouldn’t go back again, hardly made any effort and smoked a fag over the car. Had to give it a once over myself

Windows didn't cleaned. For 10£ should be cleaned like in other places when I'm paying even less

I was disappointed with the service. The car was still dirty and there was no attention to detail. For £25, it felt like the car was just rinsed. Definitely not worth the money.
