One staff member who couldn’t care less. Wouldn’t say how long a clean would take, complained he was too busy.

I had a horrible experience. Just arrived at the car wash 10 minutes ago and they were shouting at me that they do pre- bookings only and no walk ins . Very rude and lack of information as no indication on theor webiste. It's a shame as it is closes car wash near our home, but I won't be going there or booking anything with that bad customer service and attitude !

Been several times but 3 weeks ago man on his own he was stressed turned customers away he told me 3 hour wait. I went back yesterday i found man on his own again stressed and rude to me tried to over charge me £8 . I left car went shopping he told me to come back in an hour. As i left a car came after me he cleaned that before mine when i returned he was having cigarette my car engine running with heating on in car and i had to wait half hour in cold for him to finish it. Wont be going back as felt very uncomfortable with him. Manager rang me he has insulted me on phone and told me its not a public car wash. He was abusive to me and wouldnt listen to what i had to say .

Says open till 5 turned up at 1:30 and said he has no time to clean my car, very rude when approached, wouldn’t bother going back

Went today , one man on his own so said a few hours which i understand is very hard, but he quoted a price increase of £8 from December if I paid in cash and I had taken car mats out so even less to do so I didnt bother as felt I was being ripped off 🤷‍♀️

Excellent customer service , nothing was too much , great value for money , I would recommend , wouldn’t be going anywhere else.

Chester’s best car wash for those who don’t know Chester very well this car was is what most of the locals use there’s immaculate spotless clean and they up to date equipment for the job air compressors multi nozzle jet wash guns foam Guns etc all the staff were polite well mannered and happy to have a conversation my overall experience was 10/10 p.s they use best breads of shampoos and wax’s etc

First time visiting Zana’s Car Wash, paid for the full valet, and it didn’t disappoint! The car looks amazing inside and out. I was even given a free car mat as one of mine was damaged, and I had to get rid of it, which I would never have expected and am seriously thankful for! Very nice and approachable. Good communication, and the work was all done in a few hours! Thank you for your hard work and for making my car look great! I will definitely be back😇

Dispite being well reviewed, I turned up and was told they couldn't wash the car today. No other business at the time.

Visit most weekends when the weather permits. I’m very particular about where I take my car and this place is by far the best car wash in Chester and surrounding areas. No dodgy chemicals. Hard working guys who do a great job for a reasonable cost. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Used the service 22nd of April. Customer service was shocking, I did go late on in the day at 4:20pm, but I am still a paying customer. They did a very rushed job of my car and I was not happy with the results, after spending 20 pounds. Would not use again.
