Excellent service

Took for a Platinum wash (£45). Lots of streak marks and swirl marks on car after the wash and generally below the service expected at this price point. However unforgivably we found very prominent scratches on the touch screen of our car which are likely due to a stone being caught in a microfibre cloth. We received a shameful response from customer service (email screenshot) accepting no liability despite the clear negligence causing £100s of damage. Strongly advise to avoid this car wash.

Decent clean

I've taken my car here several times and always gone for the platinum service. I've always been happy with the finish inside and out. You can tell they use good products and they are Always polite and helpful

My first time here, got the £12 express wash and it is by far the best car wash iv used in Cheshire so far compared to other hand or auto ones around the area, not a single spot missed! They even shined my tires and gave an air freshener. Car looks factory new and will definitely be coming back!

I already have my car on a monthly plan with a personal valeter. However, as my car needed cleaning in between scheduled visits, I decided to use this car wash while I was shopping. I paid for the gold package but the service was very disappointing. The back seats were untouched and still covered in dust and spill marks, and the rear of the car was poorly hoovered, with plenty of dust left behind. My car was polished and treated with a ceramic coating by my valeter a couple of months ago and was previously spotless on the exterior. After this wash, it now looks as though a dirty cloth was used, leaving visible scratches particularly one area where it appears the surface was rubbed back and forth with debris. Needless to say, I won’t be using this car wash again.

Prices are good. Service has always been great and it's always a plus when you're not waiting and can go shopping instead.

The car was cleaned to a decent enough standard, but it was £10 dearer than what's advertised on the website.

Haven’t hoovered seats well at all, dash was dusty back seats look as though they’ve not been touched, tend to keep car generally clean so not much to do. I really wouldn’t bother I can understand it’s a convenience and probably a busy day, wasn’t expecting much but I’d get better with a standard 15 valet imo. First and last time for sure.

Can't complain with the cleaning result itself as the exterior and interior are now spotless, the reason for my bad review is that the cleaning has left multiple small, but noticeable scratches around all the windows of my car, deep enough for finger nails to catch on. Whoever was providing the £32 Platinum service on the day was likely using dirty sponges with dirt that has caused these abrasions. I'm in the process of making a complaint and will update this review with the result. Update: I have been given a full refund but the support agent made no apology for the damage.

Good day out..some things seemed a bit pricey though..

Car nice and clean but it stinks of cigarettes! We’re a non-smoking household with a baby and someone has clearly smoked whilst cleaning the car.

Amazing jobs good lads

£40 platinum service. They didn't hoover down the side of the seats. I had to do it myself when I got home (with ease). Polish hasn't been buffed off properly, so there's white streaks on almost every panel. The interior plastics are still dusty, so I can only assume they haven't been touched. Aside from the above, the car is clean and tidy. I just expected better.

By far the worst car wash I have ever used, I paid £30 and they didn’t hover the back seats in my car or take rubbish out of the car. I would definitely not recommend leaving your car with them and I will never use them again.

This is the first ever time I’ve decided to actually use one of these valet style services. Can honestly say we were very hesitant, but really impressed with the service. Car came out as good as new from just a gold service. Would definitely use again
