DREADFUL. Paid 25£ for a clean inside and outside of my car. Places have been missed on the wing mirrors and in the foot Wells. To boot, a day later I realised they had broken my passenger seat it had been pulled off its runners. I went back to them to point this out and was met with little to no help. This is not the first time I have had my car damaged as the previous time I visited they had pulled down my dash cam which I had to repair. Rubbish service and appalling care of your vehicle DO NOT GO!

Excellent car wash and good value for money. On the downside they used to have one at Tesco in Bidston but closed it down. Can’t understand why.

I needed my car to pick up a client for a work, so I cleared it out and hoovered/washed it myself. However I still wasn't happy with the result. So I went to Waves at Park Road Extra Tesco. The manager looked in the boot, saw it was spotless, so then opened the passenger door to see the car was fairly spotless inside also. He then said 'ok that will be £45'. I said 'but it says £30 on your website'. He then says, 'yeah, but it's dirty, I'm allowed to charge extra.' If the car was perfectly clean, I wouldn't be there in the first place would I! He was clearly chancing it, not realising I knew the prices beforehand. I said forget it and left. Nothing worse than a business model that involves making stuff up on the spot to screw people over. Having read other reviews, maybe I had a lucky escape.

Booked for the 'Full Monty' and I was given a wax upgrade at no extra cost and also a discount from the online advertised price too. Nice one!

Cannot recommend enough! I've had my car for 4 years and never had it professionally cleaned. I took it in just for an outside clean and inside hoover/dashboard polish. I also had some bad paint marks/scratches on the side of my car after someone driving into me last year. I waited 45 minutes in the Tesco Cafe and when I got back it was like they had replaced my car. They had REMOVED all of the paint scratches from the car and even smoothed out a dent I had! The outside was shiny and the inside was spotless, totally clean and they gave me a complimentary air freshener. This place really does go above and beyond, with excellent value for money. If you haven't used these before, you NEED to! I will definitely be back, thank you again!

Amazing took my car there today it was spotless definitely recommend this place . The staff are very nice and friendly people I only had to wait 20 or 30 minutes. Over all it was amazing

We went in with a car covered in mud outside and mud and crumbs and dust inside. We just came back from a family camping trip. It cost £30 and my car is sparkling like the first day we had it. Thank you so much. Also we really loved that when we opened the boot we saw you found 2 items we had been looking for! (Membership card and a part of a metal leg for a camp stove) yay, still looks great a week later 😊
