Fresh Car Valeting Liverpool

Incredibly unprofessional. Home alone with 2 kids, emptied my entire car ready for valet, 2 car seats, pram and loads of other kids stuff. Get an email 5 minutes before my booking with a ‘NEW DATE’ not even a phone call from ‘Josh’ the valet. Complete joke of a company. I then cancel the booking and have to wait for my money to be returned and they charge a service fee for the cancellation. Never again.

Johnny did a great job and cleaned all four cars fantastically well! Would certainly use again.

It was Johnny who came to valet my car. Excellent service. He arrived on time was polite friendly and did a great job. Took just under two hours for a full valet and I chose polish as an add on. Despite my Jag being 10 years old it looks and smells like new. Booking was simple and customer service prior to arrival was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Very disappointed with both the quality of the service and the complete lack of customer care afterwards. I paid £165 expecting a professional, high-standard detailing service. Unfortunately, the results were nowhere near what was advertised or what I would reasonably expect for that price. As soon as I received the photos via WhatsApp, I could already see that the work had not been completed to a professional standard. In my opinion, the quality was closer to a basic £20–£30 car wash than a premium detailing service. For comparison, I recently had another vehicle professionally cleaned in London for £95, and the difference in quality, attention to detail, and professionalism was huge. That service included protective covers on the steering wheel, floor protection, an air freshener, exterior waxing, before-and-after photos, and proper finishing touches. None of those standards were met here. There were still dirty areas inside the vehicle, including storage compartments and central interior sections. Some black trim areas were left with visible marks that I was able to remove myself very easily afterwards. The seats were also left with visible stains despite the service being advertised as a professional deep clean. To make matters worse, I had already removed all rubbish and vacuumed the car before the appointment to save time and allow the cleaner to focus on the detailing work. Despite that, I still had to purchase cleaning products afterwards and correct some of the issues myself. The appointment was also approximately one hour late. After the service, I contacted the company manager, provided detailed feedback, and sent multiple photographs showing the issues. My message was seen but completely ignored. I received no response, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the situation. I also contacted the individual who carried out the work and sent him the same evidence. Instead of addressing the concerns, he blocked me. What disappoints me most is not only the poor quality of the work but the way the complaint was handled. When a customer spends £165, provides clear evidence of the problems, and requests a fair resolution, the least they should expect is a response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The service did not deliver the standard advertised, and the aftercare and customer service were even worse. I will now be pursuing the matter through the appropriate legal and consumer protection channels.

I'd booked the full valet service yesterday afternoon for this morning. Easy to book online and had the option to pay when the task was completed. Johnny from Fresh Car got in touch on the day- arrived on time, was friendly and did a great job! Very happy with how my car looks- nice and sparkly! I'd added a few additional services (checks etc) and Johnny was happy to answer my questions about them while he did sextra bit. Glad he did that instead of rushing. I'd recommend Fresh Car especially as they can come to you! Would definitely book again :)

Johnny has done an amazong job on my Audi A3 2015 plate and to be honest im stunned how great it turned out inside and outside it like when o first bought in 2015 , ive never been able to let her go and now wow its like new , thanks johnny great job will deffo be uaing johnny again .
