Best hand car wash on the Wirral. Like many other people who have left reviews I travel 20 mins because of the standard of job.

The people working here are usually excellent however one employee was smoking a cigarette at the start of our wash which gave me an asthma attack because it went through our cars ventilation system. I almost had to go to hospital. Cigarettes are triggers for a lot of asthmatic people. My O2 sats dropped below 90% despite attempting to breathe through my T-shirt . I feel like this breaks the law to have a none smoking working atmosphere but it was also horrible for me. They also completely ruined one sticker and took the corners off another. I'll be going to the mall American from now on. I'm sorry but smoking is a complete no!

Value for money and time with good service

Always used this company but today is the last time I will when I got home all marks on rear doors and screen still very dirty no tyre shine and only front door jams cleaned I guess they have changed owners

They work so hard and have always done a thorough job on my car. Happy with the price I paid!

told me a price when i pulled up for mini vallet washed my car then acted shocked when i said i wanted the inside valleting aswell as already told them then because there busy and obviously don’t have enough staff to handle a hand full of cars they then decide to up the price and tell me that they can only do it if i pay them more money because the car is dirty and by dirty he means abit of mud on the rubber foot mats that would of come off in 20 seconds with a jet wash avoid this place they will only try preasure you into paying more money when your half way through the vallet i had to drive away with put my car being completed scammers big splash car wash up the road never had a problem there with them only they was extremely busy which brought me to these scammers you guys just lost a customer with your shocking customer service or telling to go then and that i was wrong not the staff who are giving out different prices

Came in this morning for my car to be washed, got home not long after and realized been charged £12 for wash and a dry but no tyre shine on tyres ?? I was sat in car otherwise would have realized theyve missed the best part of the wash

I visited today for the first time and this place came highly recommended. Staff were friendly, polite and courteous from start to finish. Prices were clearly displayed. I needed a full wash and dry, but the inside of the car needs to clean due having inherited Dad’s French Bulldog. There was an extra charge of £5 for this put a £30 in total it was still good value for money. The car was washed from top to bottom inside and out the car looked amazing and was spotless. A really positive experience, a good explanation of the extra cost for the dog hair removal. I would highly recommend this car wash and will definitely be going back in the future.

Great guys, great at cleaning my car outside. Time wise, they do take longer than others, so if you're after a 'quick wash' these take more time and effort on your car. I've not had a valet, but would expect it would be much longer with their detail.
