Multiple times we've come to this site and the staff have closed more than 40 minutes prior to the alleged closing time - once the staff were still there and said they closed in order to cash up, seems a little early to stop sales 40 minutes earlier

Expensive for fuel

Went to get petrol yesterday. Unleaded pump on number 2 stuck when I took my hand off and charged me an extra 20p. This didn't bother me so much as it was only 20p. What I thought was shocking was the response I got when I let the cashier know that their pump may be faulty. First I waited for him to finish his phone before I let him know. Instead of taking on board what I said his response was "nobody else has complained about it" as if to insinuate that I was making it up. This was about 3pm. BP, sort your reps out.

I had a very frustrating experience at this location. I went to collect a £50 package, showed my ID, and provided my correct name. The staff member refused to check my package under my registered nickname, despite me providing proof. He also seemed unable to properly handle the system, showing me other people’s personal information, which is a serious data protection concern. Also delaying other customers because he was arguing with me over MY name. The situation caused unnecessary stress, embarrassment, and delay. I would not recommend using this location for package collection due to poor staff training and handling

Put nozel in waited for it to be activated nothing thought he was busy waited a couple off minutes nothing had a closer look and he's standing texting on his phone with I ould do that in work a get paid put it back and got off Problely still doesn't know I was there avoid

Closed at 9pm when clearly says online open til 10:30pm. Also sells off milk! Purchased at 8:50pm, realised it was off, so went back at 9:03pm and it was closed!! Foul service.

It says on the Google that it's open till half 10. Half 9 came to get petrol and they're closed. NEED TO UPDATE TOUR SYSTEM.

Bit dated pumps but nice shop inside

Fuel delivery system is broken or the owner is scamming from its customers !! I have used this station 4 times now & I always fill up to the value of £20 whichever petrol station I go to. Each time I have used this particular Bp my fuel gage barely moves compared to any other station I go to ??? Either the pumps need servicing to ensure they're delivering the correct amount of fuel to correspond with the value OR the owners here are aware/intentionally scamming it's customers !! I'd just like to point out I'm not talking about a small amount here, I have gotten literally a quarter of the driving miles & the fuel prices are exactly the same as other places. Will be reporting to Bp head office directly !!!
