I give one star for the vacuum machine,it’s been upgraded to card only payment,and put the price up to two quid for the same amount of time when I use to put one quid in and get 3 min,now double the price,and to be honest,doesn’t fell 3 min

Paid £14 Ultra HD, car still dirty, strong rotten egg smell during wash and not even dried properly. Not a good first impression Been twice now and same issue. Huge puddle of filthy water covering the whole exit of the car wash that you HAVE to drive through right after washing. Instantly dirties your clean wheels again. Wasn't even raining yesterday so it's their own water not draining. Needs fixing - photo taken 23rd July.

The main advantage of this car wash is that they take card or online payment, whereas almost every other car wash is cash only which is not always convenient. I paid £4.75 for the eco wash (discounted for paying online) and I was happy with the service, the car came out spotless and shining. However I have to subtract stars for two reasons, mainly the smell during the wash. The water being used had a foul stench which made its way into the car and was very unpleasant to breathe in for the duration of the wash. The second reason is that it is annoying to have to drive your freshly cleaned wheels through a gigantic deep puddle of filthy water immediately after exiting the wash. Clearly there is some sort of problem with the drainage on site, which hopefully is resolved soon as otherwise the service is good.

I've never been here before and really wanted to try it out as I hadn't been through one of these auto car washers since I was a kid ☺️ I thought it was fully automated so I was surprised it was manned. I downloaded the app beforehand and was able to get a few coupons, I went for the Ultra HD which is the second best cleaning option available, with my coupon I got £2 off so it was £12 instead of £14. The man there was friendly and offered an interior valet but I keep my car quite clean so it wasn't needed. After paying I had a quick spray down and soap clean with the pressure washer then I was guided into the auto washer. I think it took around 4 minutes total to get the wash, roller treatment, then through the waxing treatment and lastly the drying fans and cloth drying strips. One of my side mirrors did get bent but it wasn't damaged, it must have been the force of the big side roller that knocked it. I have checked my car when I got home and there were no scratches anywhere on my car so it's all good. My car was gleaming! Proper glossy shine on it, looks great! I was thinking about hoovering while I was there but it was extra for 3 minutes of use so decided to do it when I got home instead. Really happy with the results from this place, it is a little more expensive than my local hand wash which is £9 for their mid tier wash.
