I live nearby and have visited this car wash several times, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The service quality is poor — the interior of the car is never properly cleaned, and there is always dirt left behind. Even after pointing it out, the staff’s attitude was unprofessional. When I asked them to check the car, especially the mats which were still dirty and dusty, they responded by saying “it’s a carpet, it stays like this,” which is not acceptable. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the cleaning quality and customer service. I will not be visiting again.
