Booked a full valet in Liverpool with Gleamers - they were the cheapest and easiest to book, all done online. Ellis spent a good couple of hours on the car and did an excellent job.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely terrible service. Paid for sofa cleaning and sofa was worse than before. Didn’t even hoover dog hair and just sprayed with chemicals. Cushions now have an awful smell. Customer service absolutely shocking no attempt to make good was told I should have hoovered the sofa first - no mention of this on their site and if I was going to clean my own sofa why would I then pay to get someone else to clean it after me? Didn’t get rid of any stains. Terrible company.

Cancelled first appointment due to "family emergency". When I rescheduled they didn't turn up. I called them and they said the cleaner had a "family emergency" and couldn't make it...

Valeter was late for the booking but we just assumed they were running behind. After an hour we chased to find out where they were, they explained there had been an unexpected emergency and they were looking for a cleaner to step in. That would’ve been no problem except they didn’t tell us that until we had to chase to ask where they were? We expected to hear from them again to find out if they had found a replacement or if we had to reschedule, we heard nothing and when we tried to call again we were just told to ‘rebook’ and dismissed despite the fact it was an issue on THEIR end, not ours. Very poor customer service, and expected a much higher standard from a highly reviewed company.

Don’t bother booking they just don’t turn up and no one answers the phone provided on booking. Certainly don’t pay in advance as you receive nothing. Waste of time!

Just had my car valeted by Gleamers for the first time. Excellent service, carried out by a friendly, polite gentleman, who turned up spot on time. Definitely recommend and will be using them again.

The Valeter came out to my address to wash my car. The wash lasted under one hour and I booked a Full valet on a seven seater also an engine bay clean. This is down for a 2.5 hour clean. Once he left and we went over the car properly, we noticed that part of the Car wasn’t washed or hoovered properly . Also, the plastics on the vehicle are now damaged due to the cleaning product that he used on them and leaving stains. I Called the Valeter back and he kept putting the phone down on me. Spoke to gleamers they assured me I would have a free complementary clean but still waiting as they cannot make the Valeter come back to do. I wasn’t aware this was a franchise because I used this in the past and was very good. Would not use Eva again.
