I visited this car hand wash, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff left noticeable scratches on my windows, which is disappointing and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want your car scratched!

My partner and I always come here to wash our cars and they do a fantastic job every time. The car always comes out spotless inside and out. The staff are friendly and hardworking. It can get busy, but the quality of the clean is always excellent. We always leave a small tip because they really deserve it

I tried this car wash, and I won't make the same mistake again. Their only concern is money and how you leave; they don't care about the quality of their work or cleanliness. They might tempt you with scents, but they're just masking the lack of cleanliness. It's a shameful and disgraceful car wash. Don't go there if you want your car to be properly cleaned without scratches.

Very disappointed. I come here few times. Damaged twice. I won’t comeback. They damaged your car while washing them. They didn’t even wash and clean car properly. My car was still dirty and dusty after got a silver package cost 15 quids. Absolutely fuming because this time one small part of car was damaged. I wouldn’t recommend.

Don’t visit unless you want your car damaged staff are nice but owner has cheek on him as he doesn’t wanna pay for damaged caused

I am a regular customer at this car wash. Always took my car and van there, I had a summer chair that I just bought from costco. I left it on the van. They took the chair out in order to clean the van. When they finished they gave me the keys and I drove off a week later I noticed that I left the chair at their car wash. Whe I went to pick it up I was shocked to see that they left it in the same place. It was full of mud and wet. They could not be bother to even cover it or even take it to their little tent. What made it worse when I got there. One of the staff said ohh you left it for ages !. So they knew about it but never protected it. For this reason I don't think I will go back there again

I left the car with them nearly 3hours and went to pickup it wasn’t ready so they said 10 mins will be ready so they rushed over it and the car didn’t cleaned properly there were left mark of the dust and kids finger print inside.

I think its under new management. Service was bad. The carpets were still dusty, alot of dirt and marks on the outside. The only thing that was cleaned properly were the windows, but they missed the sunroof! Sad because it use to be the best car wash in the area. Definitely won't be back again.
