Amazing job! I have to admit that after a year of lock down and around 10 trips to the skip, my car was a total state! When I came home to see the amazing job they had done in it I was dumbfounded, it looked like a new car not the tatty dirty thing I'd left that morning. I would definitely recommend this company and I wont be taking my car to anyone else from now on.

Very disappointed. After trawling the internet On the Spot seemed perfect for my needs and budget. Booked online to receive an email less than 24 hours stating that they no longer work Sundays (even though it shows available in the dropdown) and also it would be too far to travel from Runcorn to Warrington to do a bronze valet. My car doesn’t need anything higher than what the bronze offers. Would give zero stars if possible

The lads came out, on time, simply got stuck in and within an hour, had minted my car! I went for a Gold Exterior and a clay bar option, so it's now super smooth, waxed, and looking as good as new! Top service, great lads, so well deserving of a positive review, thanks again! Dave

Absolutely fantastic service!! We messaged through website Saturday, got a response well within 24hr window and they came to do a gold service, HD wax, clay treatment, fog it and engine clean on Monday! 2 cars 3 people and took over 3hrs on them! Can not fault the workmanship or professionalism! My car was in an extremely poor state and it honestly looks like it is brand new! Hope they got a before and after as I don't think people would believe it! Really friendly guys would not hesitate to recommend them, they can get busy and that is a testiment to the work they do! Will definitely use again even if I have to wait a few weeks for an appointment in the future! Thanks Richard and Team really appreciate it 🥇⭐

Do not use this firm. They changed my time 3 times , then they lost my info , then they never turned up. No phone call no apology. Nothing. They are totally useless.

I booked an online mobile valet using their dedicated website - and received an e-mail back saying they would contact me in 24 hours to confirm my booing details. I received nothing and chased up with a further e-mail to check whether the booing I made was OK and still not received anything one week after making the initial booing for today - needless to say no-one turned up to honour my booking Poor customer service

Rich came out to do a bronze valet service on my car yesterday. Excellent service and spotless / shiny car at the end of it. Highly recommend and will certainly use again in future. Top quality service for a very reasonable price.

Absolutely brilliant thank you. Car looked new afterwards and it was a speedy and friendly service. Took the stress out of having to go somewhere and hang around or find something to do. You just give them the keys and they work their magic!
