Avoid at all costs. Complete waste of time! Missed loads and left the car in worse state. Took it back to be advised it’s because they’re busy. Wheels left out and still black. Will not be returning here. Worse one by far in Runcorn and all staff are rude and have no pride in their work detail. Take your pride and joy elsewhere and thank me later !

Absolutely disgusting DONT GO THERE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They have sprayed my car with the acid they use on the wheels and both my doors have made the paint bubble like the picture. When confronted they was rude and saying not here. I know my car u couldn’t miss that damage on the doors. Wont be left alone it’s disgusting

I've been coming to this car wash for over 6 years. The quality of work has dropped dramatically and the cost has risen. I've always payed £7 and they tried to charge me £8 because a VW Scirocco isnt a small car?! just come home to dirt still on my car. Never using again. **UPDATE** I returned for them to wash my car again and I was asked to never return because I gave my honest opinion and they said it's because customers where listening. I couldn't care who was listening. His opinion was because its raining they dont do as good of a job because the cars will get dirty again anyway!

Have been going here for many years just recently gone down hill . One chap cleaned the hole side of my car with a brush, just got home and cleaned the car myself it's a shame as this was the best place to go at one time

Shocking, twice now they have tried to charge me more than first stated, all because my car was dirty, of course it was, that's why I took it to the car wash 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Worst car wash I have ever got done went once thought it must have been a one off left it a few months decided to give it another go today never again car was still dirty in parts all over didn’t bother to even touch the lower parts of panels didn’t touch the door sills going to have to go to another car wash tomorrow and have it re done looked better before they attempted to clean it

I would leave 0 star if I could. Rude staff... and I mean rude! Pointing and hissing at us whilst in our car when requesting to move forward.. why not just a polite nod, or an arm movement as a gesture.. No they point, hiss and raise there voices, they was also very rude to my partner! Now onto the actual car wash.. the car isn't fully clean... Interior door shuts not done (which they have done previously), windows and mirrors not dried properly, so water dripping all over the doors and body panels. Not the end of the world, but you pay for a job to be done, you expect it done properly... Saying that its a very cheap price... but I suppose you pay cheap, pay twice! I would not RECOMMEND to anybody... Seriously! You'll end up having to re do it at home...

Decent price

Gone here for years but the last 4 times I’ve been I’ve kept telling me it must have just been a bad one off. Consistently having to take my car elsewhere just after a clean to finish off what this place has attempted

Gf just took her car there and look what they did to it she's devastated. My opinion don't go there there destroy your paintwork

My daughter and husband went today. 29th Dec 2023. Paid £7 and £10 for their cars. It was busy. So was a rushed job. Not good at all. Won't be going back again

They do a good job, but be prepared to wait.

Unfortunately, depending on who is working and how busy they are, service can be variable. Sometimes I get inside sills and window tops wiped down, other times they miss the bottom half of the doors and the boot and I redo them when I get home! The staff are always lively but a bit of consistency wouldn't go amiss!
