The most rubbish customer service ever i seen. I filled tank paid then ask for toilet. Answer was no have. Made me very upset because really needed for pee

It's use to be a good one but last experience was horrible as been lady on till been extremely rude and threatening behaviour while I'm trying to pay..I been a regular customer for this gerage but unfortunately not any more and I will make sure all of family & friends stop using this gearge.. There is couple of more nice fule station around can go there easily.

After having an issue with our car late last night and being let down by the recovery company, Pradeep checked we could leave the car there until we could arrange collection. The next day Sonja was super helpful and friendly when I rang to check the car was ok to stay a bit while we sorted out the repair. She already knew about our situation and she welcomed me into the shop while the work was done. I hope they all enjoy the Heroes, thank you again 😄

Extremely rude demanding you fill up then pay, not allowing you to pay while driver fills. If I go over the price, I will return then rectify the amount. Treating people like a theif, attitude horrendous and customer service skills 0. Will never go again as this is the second occasion I have been spoken too poorly. Same man working both days.

The most unhelpful staff - the lady behind the counter with long dark hair. Just tried to drop off an evri parcel as it was showing that there is a drop off point at the BP station. Couldn't drop it off using InPost locker although it wasn't a problem in the past so went to the kiosk to ask if they has the drop off inside but instead I was faced with this very unpleasant lady who just kept saying I don't know I don't know its not my problem there are lockers on our land but it's not my problem. I asked if she meant the InPost locker and she said I DON'T KNOW! maybe it's the other one I asked what other one as could not see another one, then she waver he hand in a different direction. I went out and round the corner there was in fact another one but just hidden a little bit so when approaching the station didn't see it. I mean does it cost a lot to just say the evri locker is round here????? And this lady just had what looked like a new starter in training. I hope she wasn't training him customer service skills because she is lacking them herself.

I used this garage on my way to the Isle of Man. I drove nearly 400km from the south coast and filled up here (E10 unleaded) and my car misfired and played up for several days before adding a 1/4 tank of super unleaded. From then on it ran normally. I can only surmise the quality of the fuel on the right hand pump closest to the shop had very poor quality fuel. I won't use again.

Customer service really bad and unprofessional to serve the customers in a nice way my message to the manger give the staff full training again to make sure they are ready to serve the customers .

I collect loyalty points for refueling. Unfortunately, I cannot use them to pay for fuel. I asked at two stations in Liverpool (Long Lane and Bishop Islington), none of them can use these points and these are large stations in the city. So what are these points for? a lure for customers???

Denied access to my assistance dog. When I told them I am disabled and he assists me after being told ‘no dogs in here love’, they said they ‘wouldn’t know anything about that’ and implied any shop would deny him. Clear lack of training which caused me to have a panic attack outside the shop. Never wish to return here and I hope for the sake of future disabled customers that this training is given as my experience today was unlawful and upsetting.

Had worst experience the guy takes ages to allow me to put fuel and i wanted hot chocolate and he said he cant do it as it takes time and the station was completely empty I wouldn’t recommend coming here late night

Good diesel…good promotions

So should I run the risk of continuing on my🚙 journey, venturing down beneath the river🌊 through the Mersey tunnel & onto the Wirral? The only problem was that my ⛽⚠️🟠 light had come on back on Thomas Lane & despite the decent milage my 🚙 does that hill climbing up out of the Birkenhead Tunnel is real steep 📐. And running out of ⛽in the Mersey tunnel is a complete🗣️NO-NO, the ultimate driving sin & goes ✋ in 🖐️ with a huge 💷 fine, plus the cost of being towed out if necessary 😲. And so what a relief it is to see the BP⛽Station on Islington 🛣️ hill as I drop down towards the tunnel. And also it's pleasing to see that the ⛽ is being advertised/sold at a reasonable price, that is a long as you don't want the BP super 97 octane which seems to be well expensive here. And so with 🟠⚠️ light off & a cold can of Coke & a Snickers bar, it's with peace of mind that I say goodbye to Liverpool & enter the tunnel. Safe to not having to run out of ⛽& cause a major disruption🚨 under the Mersey...🙂.

Disgraceful place. I only clicked on the one star because it wouldn't allow me to put up review otherwise. I had to go here today because where I usually go didn't have what I wanted. I stopped going to this place because they always overcharge to what is displayed as the price and low and behold it happened to me again today today. Avoid this place and report it!!! I will be reporting this to the authorities.

Very poor customer service. Told attendant about big slick of diesel on forecourt which nearly caused me to drop motorbike to be told well what do you expect, its a petrol station. No attempt to cover or clean up!
