Not accepting any payment card for EV charging and kept £5 deposit twice. InstaVolt has this issue in many places. They should sort this out or connect app or accept chip and pin. Currently the Pre- Authorisation charges are increased to £15. .50p per kw/h which is the most expensive so far for EV charging station currently. Staff is good. Shop has no fresh fruit juices. Drinks are also overpriced. BP rewards are available.

All time busy petrol pump ⛽

Went to use the jet wash & it's £2.00 for 4 mins? So you don't get long & was annoyed that the brush was just pumping out hot water & no soap. Seen guy who was wiping down pumps & just said he will put some in? Didn't say when, waste of £4.00 to be honest, as you have to use it twice cos of the time you get!

I'm not from round there. And the price of the petrol and especially the diesel was far cheaper here than it is anywhere near my house. The diesel was at least 13 pence a litre cheaper. No queues for fuel. No queues to pay. Had a good selection of drinks and snacks to buy. Woman behind the till was kind and helpful. Deffo do a slight detour to this area if ever passing again

Best customer service

U need to at least fix up your pumps old and noisy with condensation inside the pump so u cannot c how much your spending get your hand in your pocket and spend some of the money you make u have been told lots of times staff ok but boss seems to be arrogant and dismissive of the people who make money 4 u so here u have the review u deserve pull your socks up or u loose money very disappointing

I would just like to commend Tracy for her friendly manner and sunny disposition. She puts a smile on the face of everyone she meets. Can I also say her hair and make up are a work of art! Neil

Appalling. Staff member extremely rude, abusive and aggressive to myself and other customers. I'll never be using this place again and recommend other would-be customers use any of the other nearby petrol stations.

You need to change your opening times.It says your open from 7am.This is not the case 7.40am and still not open.My advice if your low on fuel go to somewhere that is open on time.

Shop is always understocked, but the jet wash is reliable and value for money. Good place to get a car wash, and get air/water.
