Paid £65 for a deep clean of my T-ROC. There was a lot of mud inside the car from the dogs so I discussed this with the staff before deciding which clean to go with, they assured me they'd be able to get it all clean. Came back for it after a few hours and there is still A LOT of mud all over the back, the boot was still dirty and the car didn't smell clean at all. I wouldn't mind but £65 is a significant amount of money for something I could have done myself with a baby wipe. I definitely WONT be using them again and will advise others to stay away as well.

£65 for a “platinum” service but failed to properly clean my rims, window edges, bottom of windscreen and more. They said the rims couldn’t be cleaned because they were too dirty, whilst I could actually scrape the dirt off with my nail without much effort. I could live with the rims, but a lot more dirt was visible when I got home. Always read the reviews ✌️ don’t come here.

Waste of money. Paid £65 pounds and my car looked terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else

Affordable prices, great cleaning, and polite staff. One of the best car wash services in the area.

I would have given zero stars if that was possible. As crazy as it sounds, the only sign of any 'cleaning' was a bit of water on two of the tyres. The rest both inside & out was still in need of cleaning. Avoid.

I’d like to add one more thing — you should seriously consider replacing the supervisor, manager, or whoever he is. He brings shame to your car wash. The employees seemed frightened. I personally heard him shouting at them for no reason. There was absolutely no respect towards the staff, even though they were constantly working and not standing around doing nothing.

I should have checked before I left. Boot not hoovered, windows streaky still marks on seats that wiped off when I did it when I got home. £35 and I even tipped. Last time I use them.

Looks like under different management and not up to same previous standard. There was still dirt on the bodywork and the inside windscreen hadn’t been cleaned properly. Expensive too compared with others.

The man who was on the car wash today spoke to me absolutely appallingly, like I was a piece of muck on the bottom of his shoe. I decided I wasn't going to give someone so disrespectful my money so i drove of and went elsewhere. Awful attitude from the man with a black beard. Will never return.

This time Am wery happy car wash job, here. But still, so must have that company, is regular work, and price correction to serwis. 😏But now BRAWO 😉

Really bad service, do not recommend at all. Told it be 1hr20mins for my fiesta to be cleaned inside & out on gold package (already quite a long wait and expensive at £35), but came back at that time to find it largely untouched. Owner told me it would be an extra 10mins, returned again, then told it would be a further 15mins, came back a 3rd time and told it would be another 10mins etc Essentially this continued and took 2hrs10 in total since I dropped off. I would recommend adding 45mins-1hr to the time they tell you to pick your car up as they have a tendency to gaslight you. They did say sorry claiming to be understaffed but I saw them accept multiple new cars in the time I was waiting, so they clearly just want to get most customers in despite the poor service. The job they did was also really poor quality - loads of areas clearly not hoovered properly and car given back wet. I’d say just go somewhere else and save 2hrs of your life 👍🏼

Really happy with this car wash. I’ve got a white car so it shows every mark, and they smashed it — looks proper clean. The guys were sound, didn’t rush it, and clearly took pride in doing a decent job. Inside, outside, wheels, all the little bits you normally notice later — all sorted. Good price, great clean, and just a solid local place. I’ll definitely be coming back.

If you want to get ripped off on price and not have your car cleaned. This is the place for you. Under boot by the number plate the car was still dirty. Rims still dirty. Front bumper still dirty. I pointed it out and he just said yeah you only paid for a gold package which was £35 might I add. He was obviously trying to get me to pay £65 for the platinum. Money grabbing, rubbish customer service I will never use every again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY going here.

I recently took my car to Waves Tesco car wash Mather Avenue, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The facility was spotless and well-organized, and the team wasted no time getting started on my car. The attention to detail was outstanding — they didn’t miss a single spot! My car looked brand new inside and out, with the paint gleaming and the interior smelling fresh and clean. They even took extra care with the rims and windows, which often get overlooked elsewhere. What really stood out was how efficient yet thorough they were — I was in and out in less than 30 minutes without feeling rushed. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of work, and it’s obvious that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone

Avoid at all costs. They damaged the paintwork on my car and refused to accept any responsibility for it, no apology or anything. They were incredibly rude and dismissive, even before this issue. I will never use again and do not recommend.
