Wash and Go for £5. Bit of a wait as it's really busy but they did a great job

I had a very disappointing experience with this car wash. I left my car and the key with them for a full wash. When I came back less than an hour later, I found my car parked poorly. The bumper was hanging over the edge of the road, and when I tried to reverse, the bumper came off. I spoke with the manager, who gave me the address of a mechanic, but that didn’t help at all. I ended up repairing the car elsewhere. They told me they would reimburse me, but after many calls and follow-ups, I never received anything. I’m now dealing with this through a legal process. Based on my experience, the service was not professional, and I would suggest being very careful before leaving your car here.

I use to be very impressed with the service they use to do but when they charge £20 per car for an inside and out then it should be top notch! The seat in the back was still not cleaned and I had to go back to get the inside back window done! The guys seem nice enough but still not worth the money

I used to wash my car here. The team was great. however two days ago after washing and dry, i got home as usual and found many scratches on left side car body, very upset.

Disappointed, Horrible, Dirty I have been there 3 times First time i wasn’t happy at all they left my car really dirty , I thought couldn’t be this bad it must be only one time thing . Second time I went there left my car , it was like I left my car in the rain , inside was dirty , alloys was dirty bumpers was dirty side mirrors were dirty Third time I went because I am Stupid !!! Before I gave my car keys I’ve told the person to this time it must be proper clean, he said ok we always do really good job bla bla Honestly this time my car was dirtier than it was I’ve showed the guy how dirty it’s , showed him muddy parts ( basically everywhere ) and inside whereever they clean it was a lot worse than before marks and muddy all windows and dashboard and mats And he gave me proper dirty look 😱😱

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Unprofessional and Costly Experience I had a highly disappointing and unacceptable experience with this car wash. After handing my vehicle over to them, they parked it next to a gulley in a careless and unsafe manner. As a direct result of how they parked the car, my front bumper was ripped off when I attempted to drive away. To their credit, they did admit fault. However, everything that followed showed a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. Instead of arranging a proper repair through a qualified body shop, they insisted I take the car to their mechanic, who attempted nothing more than a basic screw fix. This was clearly inadequate and not an acceptable repair for the damage caused. I was left with no choice but to arrange a proper repair myself, which cost me £300 out of pocket. Despite accepting responsibility for the damage, they are now only offering £80, which does not come close to covering the cost of the repair or the inconvenience caused. This situation reflects extremely poor customer service, lack of accountability, and an unprofessional approach to resolving their own mistake. I would strongly advise others not to trust this business with their vehicle. I am now pursuing legal action to recover my costs. Very disappointing experience. Avoid.

Great place to get your car washed They were busy, but they cleaned my car quickly even though it had an awful lot of grime and bird poo on it after being parked under a tree for a week They guys did a great job at a great price will deffinately go again

Always gone here and been really happy but the last 3 cleans have not been good lots of different areas missed sadly I won't be going back

Had a wedding the next day, these guys went above and beyond to make sure the car was spotless, if you don’t go ultra shine for your car washes give your heads a wobble because somets not right .
