Absolutely joke spent 3 days trying to find my parcel I have better things to do saying delivered when it’s not Royal Mail can’t find it no one knows where it is you won’t refund me or even can be bothered to message me all you get is take it up with TikTok shop £100 out of pocket for 3 days of stress bang out of order

Excellent products and i have been using their products for some time however my last order came in and they had by mistake sent me the wrong product which happens so not a big deal but this until I asked for the correct item to be sent and the wrong one can be collected. Honestly I have never had to deal with so much just to get the item that I actually ordered to be sent to me. I am not looking to get anything for free and I just asked for the correct item to be sent out but now im being asked for the order slip so they can find out who packed it by mistake. Whether this was a mistake or not but an exchange shouldn't really take this long and need this much information but at this point I give up and the I correct item can stay in my shed till someone needs it and the item I ordered can stay in your warehouse for you guys to use. Thank you but I am sure there an easier way of dealing with an exchange and not to go through 21 questions to find out who packed it or who has done it. Like I said I never wanted a free item but just the correct one. Thank you but no thank you

absolutely a pleasure to deal with lee 100% sound bloke , you only have to look at the cars outside to know their products are world class , mirror finish doesn't even cover it

The quality was extremely poor. After washing just one car, the product was no longer usable and had to be disposed of. This is particularly disappointing as we spend approximately £900 per month on cleaning supplies and would have been interested in placing further orders had the quality been acceptable. Unfortunately, that will not be possible based on this experience.

All i can say is Duel are the best products i have ever used on my car. So due to health reasons i wanted my car washing to be made easier. I came across Duel and all i can say is i have bought every product they have to offer. The products are that good they do all the hard word. From the snow foam lance to the interior cleaning products, they really provide outstanding results. As for the duel team..i have had the pleasure to meet Sam and Chad. Absolute legends. They provide all the information on their website and on tiktok you can watch their content which includes the products in use. Very friendly and helpful. What a fantastic job these products do . After pre washing and snow foam I sprayed the duel polymer sealant as shown in the videos then I layered over the duel hybrid oxide as shown in the videos .my paintwork has never looked so good . And finally I applied the profile tyre and plastics dressing to the tyres and plastics

Having recently purchased a large retail unit approximately 7000 sq ft of indoor floor space which had carpet over tiled floor. The glue has been there for 15+ yrs, I had tried so many products and machines, spent nearly £500, I found this glue remover from Duel Autocare and WOW! Absolutely amazing! Believe me you don’t need to look any further this product will remove the toughest glue plus more.

Very best of products always use duel for my chemicals and other gadgets I need.

Tried out many Pre-wash products for my business and thought I’d finally give Nitty Gritty a try. Got it on the TikTok shop sale so price wasn’t bad but it hasn’t lived up to expectations. Videos seem to make it look super effective. Diluted 10:1 in an IK sprayer. A very mild improvement compared to some cheap Amazon/Ebay products but nothing like the hype. The reviews seem great so I’m going to continue to persevere with it and maybe try out different concentrations but it failed to deliver even on lightly soiled vehicles. Given the hype and reviews I was really hoping duel would be the place I could to get all my products in one place. I still hope this will be the case as I plan to try some of there other products as I understand I may have just got a bad batch or something. Will update if It improves or I find a solution

Order arrived box was open, triggers missing out of empty bottles, customer service is terrible normally deal with auto finesse who can’t be anymore helpful, the only reason I wanted to try duel was there is a product that auto finesse doesn’t do, learnt my lesson stick with the company that supports you and helps at all costs.

Duel Autocare are now the only products I use, exceptional cleaning abilities and value

I ordered the Duel autocare snow foam lance and 2 spare bottles. These arrived promptly and well packaged. The quality of the lance and bottles is excellent with a large opening to make filling them so easy. Mine came with the karcher adapter which fits perfectly and is quick release for fast changing over of attachments. I'm so impressed with the quality of the Duel autocare lance and bottles that I've ordered 3 Duel dilution spray bottles. Highly recommended 5* I wasn't able to do a separate review so I just tagged it on to my 1st. I've just received a 2nd order Toxin. As always with Duel products they arrive on time and well packaged. Toxin is so good I came back for the 5 litre. I highly recommend this product for your wheels and bodywork. The free air freshener was a nice touch.

I recently bought two mystery boxes from TikTok had a small issue with delivery but was dealt with very quickly and I would highly recommend this company I called and the lady on the phone was very helpful. Top work top company and products are very good.
