IMO Car Wash

Do not pay in cash.They're just pocket the money and put you through on a water wash.The car doesn't even get cleaned give one star, because I can't give 0

Got home and checked my car,still had bird droppings and other marks on car,very poor car wash,won't be going back

Quick and convenient but not as effective as a good, thorough hand car wash. It doesn’t touch underneath your wheel arches, ineffective at drying mirrors and corners, and can’t remove stubborn marks like bird deposits !

Paid 11 for my car to still be dirty, the guy wasn't nice either rushed through it all and pulling faces like he didnt wanna be there won't be coming again

£5 for the eco wash and it’s and excellent service. Just nipped in as we’d driven up from Somerset and our car was filthy. Will definitely return when we’re back in Barrow. The Somerset car washes can learn a thing or two from the service provided here at the cost they charged.

Very good and efficient as always at the carwash.

It seems like they are always closed for maintenance in the late afternoon. I leave work between 4:30 and 5:30 in the afternoon most days, and often need to have the seagull mess cleaned off the car. My experience has been that IMO does an excellent job when they are running. But either they foolishly close for routine maintenance at the busiest time of day, or their equipment is breaking down frequently. Whatever the reason, They are closed more often than not at that time of day.

This used to be one of the best car washes in the area, especially for a mechanical car wash, but in the last couple of months it has gone down massively. No real pre wash before your sent in, just a half assed attempt, the wash foam in the machine has been watered right down and doesn't even come out of half the jets and the wax is pretty much non existent. This is a prime example of how to destroy a great business in a matter of weeks, sad really.
