Waves Hand Car Wash Barrow

Poor. Car not cleaned properly. Do not use. Refused to rectify

Went first and last time... £30 and the car was still dirty...I was at the gym watching from the other side and they spent a max of 15mins on my car... After I pulled them up I just got told that I need to pay £45 for a full valeting but I explained the car was still dirty surely £30 atleast cleans your car?? To be told "no as I didn't pay £45 for a premium valeting" then I asked about the wax i paid for to be told that the "spray wax has been applied" (zero wax had been applied) .... never again.. can't recommend

This was my third and last visit to this car wash, the car was not clean every time, I personally do not recommend it

Do don’t use absolutely rubbish haven’t got a clue what they’re doing if anything Tescos should remove this establishment off their grounds.

Took my car for a wash today, paid for gold wash @£30, but my car booth isn't cleaned, I only realized this after I arrived home.

I visit this car wash all the time for my car valet and everything its perfect and quick would 100% recommend!

It's expensive but, in my experience, very good. Friendly helpful and trustworthy staff, the car was immaculate and ready when they said it would be. I've always been very happy with the work and they would be my first choice everytime.

Absolutely terrible. £30 and it's still dirty. They've sprayed cleaning solution on parts of the interior, but you can still see the dirt now it's dried out. I've had some poor results from hand car washes in the past, but this was the worst ever. They've sprayed something on my passenger seat and ruined the leather. It looked like new until they sprayed it. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. 😡
