Bay 1 jet wash no power and the other took £2 and wouldn't work

Bank card payment is a ripoff. Didn't work. The cashier just smiled, said it will be refunded. Didn't. Use only coins.

I came on an evening to put fuel in and did so, then went to the night counter and paid via contact less payment. The staff said that it did not go through , so I checked my banking application to check and showed him that it went through, and my phone made the pinging noise when a payment goes through still that staff would not let me leave saying the payment did not through and made me pay with my bank card and again it went through. I said to him, "Now the payment has gone through again twice ! Then he says that my payment will be returned to my bank account straight away. IT DID NOT Then I came to the GE shell petrol station a few days later and tried to speak to a manager or a supervisor again. I am told by their lady staff that it may take a few days and check my account, so I went home. Nothing I am here again taking time off from work , which is driving, and I am almost in every petrol station, including this one coppice lane Huyton. I message shell and GE no reply. It's not the money. it's my time that is important. This has caused unnecessary headaches.
