Best car wash around always do a good job

Was not impressed at all and I will never go back to this car wash. I asked for a mini valet and I came back and it looked worse than when I left it. The hoover they used to "vacuum" the seats left brown marks all over the seats as well as did not suck up anything. The boot was not hoovered at all nor where the mats the dash hadn't been touched at all. The doors hadn't been touched either. To top it all off I noticed when I was driving home there where actually scratches in the paint on the driver's side. It looks like someone was wearing a ring when wiping\drying the car! I ended up taking the car to a different car wash and paying all over again because when I complained they said I didn't pay for a full valet! I was like I know I didn't but hoovering the carpets and seats are included in the mini! An they said I'd have to now pay for a full valet it I wanted a proper job done! Like yea you do the worst car cleaning I have ever seen and I'm going to hand over an extra £70!

First and last time I am going to use this car wash. £11 and my car is still dirty, they don't even give you an air fresher to hang up either.

Allways having to take car back for them to finish the job.

I was 2nd in line the staff on site where very friendly and I felt they treated the car with the same respect, will be using them again at £13 for a wash it was reasonable. They are open 7 days a week 9-5.

£11 for a wash and dry (taxi) is a bit too much I would say giving the fact that the car still have the side skirts well dirty.
