Avoid this place as far as you can!!! My car was damaged after using this car wash. The chemicals they use left stains/marks on the paintwork that cannot be removed. When I raised the issue, the staff were completely unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take any responsibility. This is not just bad customer service — this is a place where your car can leave in worse condition than when it arrived. I strongly advise everyone to stay away.

They damaged my car. I told the lady and she just left me; very rude. They didn’t even clean the car properly. Wouldn't recommend unless you don’t mind if they damage your car.

Took my car a couple of times for platinum service , for 45 £it was "ok" at best andthe last time they stole 35 £ worth of Noir Airfresheners which i had in my car , wouldn't recommend taking your car here
