Waves Hand Car Wash Warrington

How can you charge £15 to wash an Audi A5? Did a relatively ok job, but that price is extortionate, and I live in the South! Pricing structure is purposely vague, so that you have no idea what you will be charged.

Been using this car wash the past 2 years, can not fault it. Amazing service always greeted with a smile and my car always smells amazing. I usually tend to polish at least once every 2-3 months and I get ceramic coating on my car. Compared to other car washes this one really stood out to me that’s why I stuck with them. Also, read all their reviews where customers had an issue.. their replies are always the same.. it’s never their fault, they blame the customer. Yesterday we reported waves Warrington to the council, to trading standards, Tesco (so they know how their customers are being spoken to on their carpark) and Waves head office. We shall await a response from all these channels. They lie, they did not clean either boot of our cars, they didn’t even open the boots. Regardless of cost, a valet would have your boot hoovered. But instead of apologising, they just send abusive nasty messages. Anyone in any doubt please message me and I will provide all picture of the condition of the car after the wash and screenshots of their abusive messages. I cannot wait for all those companies above to review our reports and act accordingly as this is truly the most DISGUSTING service in Warrington. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. We will not stop until these rude ignorant people are held accountable for verbally abusing customers.

Further to a previous review, I was the owner of the other car. He claims in his response we should pay more. NO ! Who would expect their boot be cleaned or hoovered. Our wasn’t !! Who would expect the back of the car to be hoovered.. it wasn’t. Instead of helping we received a barrage of sarcastic abuse in the replies from the car wash - we have reported this to Tesco so they know the sort of people they have on their car park and to the franchise owners. Truly shocking replies. We only expected our boots to be hoovered. They didn’t even open the boot. Disgusting customer service

I had two cars booked in last Friday in Warrington , for two full valets. This was the first time we had tried your service after years of using our usual one which had closed down and are looking for a new permanent place for our fortnightly cleans inside and out. Much to our frustration, both cars upon inspection when we got home didn’t have the boot cleaned. When you pay for a valet, you then do not expect to have to get out the hoover when you get home to carry on cleaning the vehicles. Not only this but there were still areas missed on the dash and several things missed throughout. This is extremely poor and frustrating especially as we were hoping this would become our regular place to visit. It was clearly rushed with no care or pride in their work, ultimately leading to us having to come home and clean the vehicles ourselves

Booked the car in for a platinum clean because it was fairly dirty inside and out due to moving house. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car was absolutely spotless when I went to collect it. The service they provided was perfect.
