Waves Hand Car Wash Haslingden

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! Left my wallet in a secure compartment in my car and came back to find my cards all in the wrong places. Later that night approximately 2am 7 attempts had been made on these cards. Luckily the banks have blocked these attempts. Reported to the police, Tesco and the car wash company.

If I could rate this no stars, I would I checked the prices out on their website, even called to check the price and availability. Told to come down upon arriving they didn't seem interested and also tried to double the price to one not advertised on their pricing list! Complete joke and waste of time, would not recommend to anyone.

Service with a smile. The staff work really hard. Fantastic valet. My car had been under trees . Looked brand new once cleaned both inside and out. Highly recommended

The man was incredibly rude to me. I will never return to this business. Also he wanted cash and then when I paid he pocketed the cash and got into his car and drove off, I got the impression he isn’t registering all valets on the books and keeping the cash himself.

Not had a bad experience yet always find my vehicle looked after. Reasonable price, and friendly service

What an incredible job. I'm ashamed to say in all the time we have had the car we have never had it valeted. It was a mess and the wave team did a truly spectacular job, to the degree where my neighbours asked me if I had a new car

Business not open when advertised on Google- this is my absolute pet hate. I went to get my car valeted at around 16:45 and it was closed despite saying it was opened till 18:00! I used the Car Spa up the road in Crawshawbooth which I highly recommend If you’re going to use google to advertise your business hours then stick to them! Having people drive out of their way to see a closed business is a joke.

Do an excellent job of cleaning the car, very polite and helpful staff/ helped me load the shopping into the boot after using their service today which was really appreciated. 100% recommend

Paid via the app the quoted price for a 'Gold' wash. Took the car in and was greeted by an unpleasant and confrontational man who demanded an extra £10 on top of what was paid originally because the 'car was dirty'. Really? Why else would you take a car to get washed than if it was dirty? If the terms are more complex than pay x get y service, why is this not detailed when you pay in advance? Rude and aggressive, do not bother.
