Hotel is lovely, but you need a good level of fitness as the hotel is on the side of a mountain, found it to be a little expensive but the whole area is. The only thing that was off putting was the amount of wasps around the edge of the pool there was 100s. Rooms are basic but adequate. Food was good especially breakfast. Staff were friendly.

Expensive and never have any staff available.

Toilets being out of order for this long is a joke, when I asked the staff if they are shut permanently or not just shrugging their shoulders isn’t a great response

The majority of staff here need to go on a customer care course. Avoid.

Went to wash and vacuum my car this morning. Put £2 in the vacuum for 6 minutes.. only 3 minutes came up on the clock. I spoke to someone on the forecourt who said to go inside .. they weren’t very friendly at all, said we can only give you a pound back. I explained minimum was £2 and said that I just wanted to report in case anyone else had the problem. She said other people were using it and it was fine then at the same time handed me £2 from the till. I felt so humiliated like she was suggesting I was lying and left the money on the till.very unfriendly and won’t be going there again.

Decent car wash. Cheaper to buy petrol at Tesco. Staff helpful and friendly. Has cash machine. Sells m&s food 24 hours a day. Small but useful selection. Also sells very nice hot drinks

Took scratch card in with winner of 11 pound ,,polish woman give me 3 pound ,,,on 21st December at 11am to 12 ,,,thieves,,I will be making a formal complaint to the national lottery I will be seeing them after new year ,,,,,make sure you ask for receipt ,,if you ever take a scratch card in , ,,or a lottery ticket

Well stocked shop, most of what you might need. Clean and looks good

Nice store, well stocked nice staff. I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact that after dropping my Mrs at work and my kids at school every day, as I'm passing on the way home and would be calling in to shop, bizarrely they have cones out stopping access to the forecourt and shop. There must be a reason, I'm sure they don't do it for a laugh but why do it everyday around the same time? No other shop or garage in Formby do this.
