be wary of using cards here, the night shift on the morning of 25/4/2016 attempted to obtain the pin number for my card by saying machine broken and other machine wont reach, not saying the garage is dodgy but reminder no matter what anyone says do not divulge your pin number

Im iam giving it a 1 star because of one member of staff called Les. I have fuelled up there a number of times over the past few weeks putting in excess off £1000 but to be asked my pin for my fuel card because he couldn’t be bothered to hand me the machine. When I refused he got even worse saying he couldn’t take payment. He did when i went to leave then he wouldn’t swipe my rewards card very unprofessional

Fueled up a few times here, the manners from customer service facing staff are appalling!!! What's your reg? What's your mileage? No please, no thank you and you could look out of the bloody window for my car reg, parked right in view 😡 terrible customer service.

I don't expect to get anything cheap from ANY service station so for me it's about the the service provided. This place is well stocked, the staff are very helpful and they have a good choice of wine & beer if you don't fancy hunting for an off licence later on in the evening.

When you buy the most expensive program, the wheels are dirty anyway and the car is not as heavy as you would expect for that amount of money.

You pull into the station and the guy is just chatting on his phone in his own language, completely ignoring what’s being said to him. You ask for the price—no response. When you ask again, he gets annoyed that you’re bothering him, tells you to check it yourself, and goes back to his call. If you don’t like your job, then change it! Total lack of respect. I’d recommend avoiding this place and going to J1 instead—normal service there.

Just been to this petrol station and been absolutely ripped off. Apparently diesel is £184.9 but we’ve just paid £199.9. If u could leave zero stars I would. Stay away from this place!!!
