Hooters Hand Car Wash

Great car wash and they don’t miss anything. Many hand car washes can go too fast and miss lower body work, grills and bumpers. These guys don’t, best car wash I’ve had in a while. All wipes down at end and tyre shine. Well worth the competitive pricing for such a quality finish.

Used to be better with the old owners, now they want £10 for a van wash. But an extra £20 to get the roof jet washed.... so a total of £30 for a wash and go...

Avoid this business at all costs they have done an absolutely shocking job cleaning the inside of my brand new car i got in January, now I have to pay £200 possibly £250 pounds to get the interior stripped back deep cleaned and conditioned because they have smothered the inside of my car with greasy cheap silicone spray and possibly even tire spray, and they won't give me a refund for the £25 I paid for the car to get "valleted" this has left me upset and disappointed. The man on the phone said the grease can be just be wiped off in 5 mins when thats not the case at all as i tried to wipe it off for about an hour and that didnt work and to get it all off it has to be deep clean strip back and conditioning and is taking a full day to do by a professional valleter. Not blaming the man on the phone for whats happend because i doubt it was him but never the less there is staff members who work at this business who do not know how to vallet cars.

Very disappointing experience. I understand it was busy, but this place seems more focused on getting as many cars in and out as possible rather than actually doing a proper job. I paid for an inside and outside wash, and the interior was rushed through in about 4 minutes. The floors were quickly vacuumed, the dashboard was half-wiped, and that was it. There were visible streaks and spray stains left all over the dashboard. All my personal items were just dumped into the cup holder without care. An air freshener that was clipped into a vent was removed and thrown into the cup holder, leaking perfume everywhere — something I then had to clean myself. The exterior wash was just as bad. The car was still visibly dirty afterwards. The windows weren’t cleaned at all (inside or outside), the tyres and wheels were dirty, and it honestly looked like they hadn’t even tried. Overall, the quality was extremely poor for what I paid. I left frustrated and disappointed, and I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
