Maxol Service Station Hilden

Went here this evening on Saturday the 25th Apr 2026 at about 6.30. Was going to use pay at the pump but for some reason it didn't work or maybe something I did wrong. So I put the pump back to restart so could pay in store and again I did something wrong, but hay one of the staff came out to help. So he asked me to say yes on the scream, but I did not pick up on what he said after this as he walked away. So I wasn't sure what I was to do and I set the pump back again, then he came out and shouted out over me over. "Here at least let me get to the counter and I'm not on wheels" So clearly the part that I didn't hear was that he was going to reset something. If I had heard this I would have waited, but I didn't. So after his comment that he wasn't on wheels and at least give him time, I close the petrol filler and drove out of station. Can't give 0 stars so sadly had to give 1 star but here's your 0 star for your comment.

The vacuum cleaner is not working properly. It is not sucking at all. This problem has been ongoing for more than two weeks. You are paying, but you are not getting any results.

This is one of my go to filling stations. Friendly staff and pay at the pump options for all pumps.

First time in and couldn't get staff member to give me a discount off 😕 (joking with them about it) but they where very friendly and helpful. Store very well displayed and easy to find everything. Young lady on tills this afternoon was super. Thank you

Appalling service from the staff. Problem with the car wash and the staff would not be bothered to assist. Shocking from Maxol

Brand New with refurbished shop built in October/November 2024

A great improvement now with more parking and new fuel pumps. Also the best automated car wash in the area.
