Quality car wash & valeting centre

Quality of cleaning is very poor, my car does not look like its been washed, waste of time and money. I regularly have my car washed and this is the worst quality. as if they dont have experienced in washing cars. so many dirty spots. Daniel is aware of what they have done and offered me to bring the car back and he will clean it for free. I refused and told him will not comeback as their work is very disappointing. He offered me £180 woth vallet and will give it to me for £80 as discounted price for St Patrick’s Day. Total rip off

Decent job but a number of issues with the quality and accuracy of the platinum package. Plenty of dirty spots on the car, didn’t do anything with the boot at all albeit we had a conversation about dog hair ok the phone, but nothing at all, plastics, leather boot lip left untouched . When I attempted to negotiate a more appropriate rate I was told I wouldn’t be leaving without paying. Remember I wasn’t going to skip paying, I just think the job wasn’t priced to the quality. I made this very clear. Physical threats were not necessary.
