BAY WASH CAR WASH

Dont really recommend. It used to be fine but recent visits were poor. Not only they charged me more (wash&dry was £7, now they asked £10) they also done a poor job and didnt bother with the tyre shine either. There opening hours that they confirmed are also wrong, they are not opened on sundays and often close by 3/4pm as they wish likely. So just wasted petrol driving there for nothing.

Tried to scam me and charge 35 pound for a mini vallet

I usually come here for a car wash and it's always been top notch, however I got a mini valet done and I wasnt too impressed. The mats hadn't been removed, under the pedals where still dirty and not vacuumed, marks still on the door cards, the windows weren't even touched inside either, the front seats didnt get moved forward to do under them from the back, the car wasnt even that bad but I like to keep on top of it if I can but due to me only recently moving here I couldn't bring my own stuff over as I couldn't fit everything into the vehicle, The cover for my USB socket is gone as well. Also the guy doing the tyre dressing...... he missed half the tyre but yet proceeded to put it on my actual alloys as well! My wheels are mat black not gloss and I told him not to do this but he carried on anyway!

Extremely Disrespectful and Disturbing Experience I am deeply shocked and hurt by the experience my father and I had at this car wash. The staff were not only rude but displayed an alarming level of hostility towards us. They spoke in Arabic — a language we do not understand — and laughed at us in a mocking tone, making us feel extremely uncomfortable and targeted. What’s more troubling is that they seemed to bring personal or political grudges into their behaviour, possibly related to the Palestine-Israel conflict — something that should never affect the way customers are treated. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The most upsetting part was when one of the workers break the Vinayaka (Ganesha) idol from our dashboard. This idol is not just a decorative item — it is a sacred symbol of good luck and protection in our culture. Trying to damage it was not only offensive, but deeply disrespectful to our beliefs and traditions. This was a terrible and traumatizing experience for my family. I sincerely urge the management of this car wash to take immediate action. Customers should feel safe, respected, and welcomed, regardless of their background or beliefs. No one should ever have to face this kind of behaviour.

I had a horrible experience. Poor communication skills. No body explained their service to me prior to washing my car and at the end, the person splashed water on my car. I won’t recommend it to anyone and I am not going back there.
