Prices are ridiculous and it's not washed properly

I would strongly advise people to avoid this car wash. During my visit, they damaged the side skirt of my car and then failed to take proper responsibility for it. It was in good condition beforehand, and I left with unnecessary damage and a frustrating experience. Accidents can happen, but what matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, the lack of care, accountability, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I trusted them with my car, and they returned it damaged. I won’t be using this car wash again and certainly can’t recommend it to anyone who values their vehicle.

Wanted to go for mini vallet. Price for medium car is £19. After outside wash heard that car is very dirty and it’ll be £25… it’s car wash for dirty cars. Hadn’t issue before with dirtier cars. Never again, especially that car washes are everywhere now. Not recommending!

Update. Ive since been 4 more times and they have got new staff that do a much better job and offer mini valet everytime. The price has increased to £20 but its still good value at that. Updated rating from 1 to 4. -‐---------------------------- This place was excellent for years but this last two or three have seen an increase in prices and a change in staff who arent willing to provide services just excuses. This last two months I have went in several times for the usual mini valet but have been told it would be an hour before it could be done. They weren't busy and there were enough staff around. Once they said I would have to leave the car but where would I go? Also no offense but im not leaving my car with strangers. Today they didn't even bother to ask me they went straight in to washing it and then told me it would be an hour before they could valet it. I wouldn't have bothered with the wash if they had told me beforehand, again they were not busy and had the staff. Ive visited this place monthly for as long as I can remember but I am considering going elsewhere.

AVOID! Charged £16 for a bad wash. Vehicle still has dirty patches all over it. Didn't dry the vehicle and told me NO to a mini valet... So came away with a dirty van inside and out!! Literally took them 2mins to wash. Had to go to another car wash to get it done right.

Went here the other day at 8.45am guy came out and said we don't open until 9am. Went back not a great service asked for inside to be cleaned and apparently they don't clean the inside. Really need to take valet off the signage. Will do at home in future save me £20.

Quick service, but not very thorough. Photos taken 5 minutes after the “wash” with dirt coming off by hand. £17 for a wash and MOT clean on a hatchback.

If you value your paintwork I wouldn't bother. Far too close with the pressure washers, very little care or attention and no courtesy throughout or ownership of mistakes made. By time I noticed damage I had little option but to use own touch up paint as too costly to re-spray and you certainly won't get this business to pay for damages.

Wrecked my paint. Covered car in muddy streaks. Been using this place for a while but these new fellas are butchers. Now the hassle of claiming of them for damage

Just left here and will not be back! Was charged £21 to mini valet a VW Golf even tho sign says £15. Only really called in for a quick maintenance wash as the car was washed and polished on Sunday. The guy that did the hoovering and took the money didn't even open the boot to clean it, and not 1 interior window was cleaned even tho I pointed it out about the windows, he just kept saying they clean they clean, when in reality they left them in a mess from the stuff they used to clean the dash (white oily liquid) had sprayed all over the bottom of windscreen. When he asked for £21 I pointed out its £15 normally, but he said £20 as big car and £1 for wax that I never asked for or received. Totally scammed on the price and now have to go home and detail the windscreen to get the white oily crap of it used to clean the dash, along with all the other windows that were not cleaned and the boot that,wasn't even opened during the mini valet, avoid at all costs!

wouldve been 4 stars but the tire shine wore off by the time i'd driven home..inferior product being used no doubt to save costs..bloke didnt seem too impressed either when i gave a pound tip..considering a wash/dry is up from £5 to £7 i would think paying £8 is damn reasonable in this day and age !!!

Always go here for mini valet and always do great job.

Have to say they do a very good job on your car inside and out and are easily paid very friendly staff

I prefer this car wash to all the others in glengormley
