I've been a customer of this business for years, but after my recent encounter with the owner, I won't be returning. The level of rudeness displayed was unacceptable. It's disheartening to see such behaviour from someone who represents the face of the business. Despite years of patronage and support, It's a shame because I used to enjoy coming here, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that others take heed of my experience and reconsider supporting this establishment. No customer deserves to be treated in such a manner, especially after years of loyalty. There are plenty of other businesses out there that value their customers and provide excellent service.

Will never return after facing a bad experience a while back. Took the car in to replace a spring and the gentleman shouted at me for not bringing it in earlier during that day. He was very aggressive and patronising and made me feel awful for even bringing the car to see them. When collecting the next day he was annoyed once again because he was mid lunch and I just seemed to be an inconvenience to him.

If you just want to lose your money and still get your mechanical problem, this is the place! I contacted them for a starter problem and they changed the battery which was OK. I payed £123 for this, including £39 (no Vat) just for the labour (seriously! How long did it take?!) I precice my car is not a fancy crazy expensive stuff one, it is a Peugeot 107! So, I have been changed a battery which didn't needed to, I have payed a useless bill, and my car can still stay on my car park any time! Worse mechanic ever! But best dishonest person!

First visit Left my car in with the guys for a service to which all was carried out promptly. Only negative to this was that they did additional repairs that they thought were needed without consulting me first. Check engine light was on and I was told that it was likely a sensor needed replacing. Second visit Left car back for sensor to be replaced and 2 days later light back on, was given the run around by the mechanic. Took to another garage for a 2nd opinion and they determined that the wrong sensor had been replaced and fixed the issue. If the guys had did thier diagnostics they would have know this, even though code was given to them when car was dropped in. Looks to have been a rushed job. Would not use again after this experience.

My wife came out of work and discovered she had a flat tyre. Mark fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price and when my wife spotted a nail in another tyre he sorted that too and didn’t charge for it. Superb.

Mark & team were very helpful to fit me in and fix an issue that came up the week before my car had its MOT! The only downside was the £42 charge for computer check (to turn the warning light off) which my normal garage does for free

5 star experience. Fitted me in at short notice and completed the work needed to a good standard and in a timely manner. Good price and good customer service - would definitely return! Thank-you!

I've used Kerbside motors for a several years now after having them recommended to me. I have found them to be good mechanics and have serviced both my daughter's and my car and have had no problems. I also get them to mot check our cars and they have passed each time. I find them reasonably priced and trustworthy 🙂
