USA Car Wash & Valeting Ballymena

AVOID this car wash!! I would leave zero star if possible. The car was wiped / polished with a mud cloth, leaving huge mud stains and the rear parking camera was ripped out. I got back there 5 minutes after the wash from the Sainsbury's car park where I first saw the car being "washed"... I asked for a refund. Their boss told me they wouldn't refund me because some time and chemicals were used. If you love your car, don't let them wash your car.

Best carwash in County Antrim. With friendly staff. The Wax Finish is unbelievable.

Only back from having my car washed at Broughshane Street 10 minutes ago. To say I'm annoyed at how my car was left after paying £11 is an understatement. No time or effort was spent actually washing it , the heavy dirt remover was sprayed on to parts of the car, this was rinsed off immediately. The handwash was all of 2 minutes. And the finishing....what a joke....three young girls, more interested in their phones than doing the work, went around the car in 2 minutes flat. The place was not at all busy, my car was the only one being finished. I've had issues previously where parts of the car had been missed or the wheels weren't cleaned properly but I have let that go....not today!! I have no problem with the price increases over the last year, but I expect the car to be washed properly. For those reasons I will not be back there. This used to be a good place to take your car for a decent wash, not anymore. It has gone to the dogs.

Only the second time of using and they do a good thorough job. The car is washed with sponges (prefer to brushes). They then wipe down with a chamois, clean the alloys and windows and the inner sills. The people are friendly and its always busy. They offer extras like a wax treatment and valet. Highly recommended.

In the past when the Lithuanian guys run this place it was the best car wash , now after they sell it , it the worst car was.... Avoid.

This is the first time using USA Car wash. I asked for a valet and was told by the guy there. No valets, dont clean seats apparently. Even though. It is listed on their price board. Bad communication I was in line of cars after getting nowhere fast I rolled up my window and they started washing, not knowing what I was actually getting. At the end I released I got a wash and dry. £8 for my ford fiesta. Decent price good wash. Only partically dried . Staff were pleasant. But it was NOT what u asked for. Had to then drive to another carwaah place to get my interior done. Definitely would not recommend

Pushed through fast as possible lots of missed parts and when I pointed it out told to go elsewhere. Unlike other car washes in the area they don’t clean door sills or rims Avoid
