Railway st. Car wash

This is the only car wash in ballymena I use, low level mot wash ramp. The lads always do a first class job

Car still bogging! Paintwork damaged

Never write reviews at all but felt I must after this morning. Took my car to this car wash this morning never again !! Drove in there was a jeep sitting in front of me which they washed with a brush which they sat in a bucket and they maintain washes the brush don’t really know how that works. The guy then proceeded to use the same brush to wash my car with which I could hear him smacking of my car as he went round it at which point I got out of the car and said to him to take it easy and he just shrugged it off and said “right whatever”. Then moved forward to drying station and the cloths used look like they had seen a 1000 vehicles before mine. The guys looked they couldn’t have gave a damn. Absolutely terrible will not be back. I know it is only an £8 car wash but I would happily pay double for a better service and kinder to paint work wash. Ps photos taken straight after outside car wash.

Just back from this car wash.....I'm totally disgusted with how my car was left. Dirty brush marks up both sides, wheels covered with dirt, windows all streaked with dirt. I'd have added more photographs if it hadn't have started to rain. Just an absolute disgrace, I'd have done a better job with a dish cloth. This is the second time now my car has been left in a poor state after getting it washed here. I let the first instance go because there were only two people working and the place was busy. But after today, I can say with certainty that I'll never be back to the place again. I'd advise every driver to get out and check their car before paying for their wash. For £8 I am entitled to expect my car to be clean, not gleaming, just clean!!! What used to be a really good carwash has gone to the dogs.

Excellent car was, off the beaten track and cost was lower than others in Ballymena. Railway Street just past Ladysmith Terrace.

2nd visit. Bit disappointed as sill bits remained unwashed. To be fair busy at time so maybe just need take bit extra care. .

Poor wash today which isn't like them, so took car back to them. They were very good, rewashed, did tyres (which were not done first time) dried car off and like new again! Thanks folks!

I take coaches up to have a P.S.V. wash and the end result has always been 100%
