Awful job for the prices they charge

Overall a terrible car cleaning service: Wipe marks visible on the inside of the windscreen whenever temperature drops. Inside of car not properly cleaned/hovered. (Paid for the £15 service). Terrible.

Great folks who do a wonderful job washing the car.

First time using this place as I didnt have enough time to clean my car myself before its MOT, I won't be back, clearly didn't clean the inside properly as can be seen in the photographs. Going to have to go out and finish the job myself

Not washed to my satisfaction

I usually go to Euro Car Wash in Glengormley, though tried this one as closer to home, I think they do a better job of the exterior, but the interior wasn't well done. When I got home I ended up having to wipe the dash as was still very dusty and had to get a wet cloth and wipe the seats as still the odd mark. I don't expect it to be perfect, but, a little more attention to detail wouldn't have went a miss.

Terrible cleaning service, scratched my car when drying it and didn't clean the interior. Swirl marks all over and all the interior windows were dirty, the seats and headrests were still untouched. The boot wasn't even opened! All they did was wiped over the dash and called it a day. For £35 I was fuming and expected better! I ended up having to clean the car myself when I got home! If you care about your car, please reconsider.

Been using the carwash for a few years amazing job and amazing staff. Would recommend everyone best car wash in Northern Ireland by far.

Best car wash and only car wash with a sponge wash the rest all use foam and don’t use sponge well done guys thank you for the fantastic job

They do an alright job but the staff is rude and do not want to understand anything you say. One of the staff was very aggressive with me when I pointed a dirty spot after the clean. He came very near to me and started shouting to not tell him his job while 6/7 of his colleagues were standing around . Another person had to intervene and hold him off while I got into my car. I am definitely not going to this car wash again.

Awful job. They have actually ruined my wheelnut covers. They were black and they have been completely stripped of colour. The wheels were filthy and I had to wash those when I got home. I was afraid that whatever they had used would damage the alloys! Annoyingly I gave them £10 instead of £7 because they normally do a decent job and I didn’t check the car until I got home. Suffice to say I won’t be back. It’ll cost me £20 to replace the caps. The photographs show before (black caps) and after (destroyed caps and dirty wheels). Absolutely Ragin!!!
