Very disappointing service – £35 wasted I visited E6 Car Wash today and paid £25 for a normal car wash. They said my car was a little more dirty than usual, so they charged me an extra £10, making it £35 in total. Unfortunately, the car was still not cleaned properly. There were areas with visible dirt and dust left behind, and the seats were not properly vacuumed either. I could still find dust inside the car after the service. When I pointed out the areas that had not been cleaned properly, instead of fixing the issue, I was told, “Give £300 and we will do everything.” I found this response very unprofessional and disappointing. For £35, I expected a much better and more thorough service. I would not recommend this car wash based on my experience today.

I’ve been washing here for four years and I’ve always been paying for the small sized car, now i was charged for medium sized so it seems like my car has gotten bigger all of a sudden scammers

Could you please tell your staff to be respectful towards customers and they must not make any racial comments. On Thursday I went to your car wash. One Middle aged me wearing cross body bag and hat also wearing high vis jacked. He approached me asking how much do you pay. I said I have been here before so£12 or £15 can’t remember exact amount. Then he asked where are you from? I said why do you ask. Then he said you Bengali cab £10. Then I said add £2 more as tip to make it £12. Then he changed his mind and said how many seats. I said 7 seats. Then he said no no £10 it’s £20. Why you pay £10. I didn’t say anything you are asking me of how much I should pay. Then I said ok the price has gone up. I used pay around £15. Then he said again where are you from. I said that is none of your business. You should not ask your customer these questions. Then he said wait here half an hour and he walked off. Then another staff wearing orange jacked came to me and asked what happened? He was very gentle and helpful. I told him everything and said this person is keep asking me where I am from and what job I do. He should simple charge me for the service and give me the receipt instead he walked off. So this person wearing orange jacket asked this men to come back. But still he kept asking me for my background and whereabouts. I told him you are very disrespectful. Your should not ask these questions. Simple tell me how much I should pay and I need to go and I am getting late for school pick up. Then he charged me £15 but said something like you Bengali and rest said in a different language. I believe he said some bad about me in his language. Then I said to other staff wearing orange jacket to teach him some manners. I could have asked him where he is from but I didn’t. That was completely unnecessary and extremely disrespectful members of staff you have on your site. He has no business asking me all the questions and making these comments just simply get along with your job tell the customer the total charge and give them the receipt. It’s not rocket science to be polite and to talk to people nicely. He didn’t even apologies. Please kindly address if you are the owner and reading my feedback.

He also owns an ice cream van and surprised my two little girls with complimentary ice creams while we were there. I highly recommend this car wash, the way they dealt with my car and my needs was immaculate and did not even charge me extra for what I requested. Cheap and affordable prices, the wash was outstanding leaving no window marks or any dirt marks in the interior and reassuring me in what I wanted.
