The men working now at the moment at your service center -20th December 2024 . Time 4.25 Am this so'called gentleman has the worst behavior I never seen so long . This guy was so rude ! Did you guys allow your service persons to be rude towards the customer I think you don't train them like this . This isnt the first time we were tolerating him since a month. We make fun of us . He make us wait so long but this time he crossed his limits by saying bad words ! I'm just making this incident into your consideration. We come there regularly but this guy he makes fun of us ! Do he this we are customers pr friends. We goona complain to your higher authority too . This guys need to learn how to treat people .

I start work 5am in the morning. Went to put fuel in the car as the station is open 24 hour. No body behind the counter. The night staff spent the whole night in the toilet sleeping. The pump station is full of cars waiting for fuel. After 20 minutes of banging on the window, the night staff comes out of the toilet. When asked what happened, he says if you need fuel, go somewhere else, don't bother with my sleep. This guy needs to be sacked. So he can sleep comfortably in bed at home.

I went there last Friday around 21:45h First and last time! Worst service ever! The cashier (Rajah) literally through me the card after I paid

Pay before filling up and £2 for cash withdrawals. Probably the worst petrol pump in East - way better off at the Esso 2 mins down the road.

If I could I wouldn’t even give it 1 star, at night they always stop the fuelling at a penny less. I know it’s only a penny but imagine all the people they’re doing it to. I have raised this with them many times and all they say is, it’s because I let go of the nozzle but why would I let go if I know it should be capped at the amount I am paying. Pulled into it last night 01/10/2025 and 3 other people complained about the same thing. They need to investigated in my opinion but I know nothing will be done about it.

I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase anything from that place. Their customer communication is lacking, and they fail to uphold standards. To make matters worse, they often confront you when you raise concerns.

I parked my car right next to the Patrol station to buy a coffee ; came to find out that they gave me a ticket which is now £170 . I raised the concern with the shop but they refused to provide any help. So never coming to this place again and I would recommend to avoid this place as there r plenty of stations nearby .

They've put a system in place where they give you less fuel for what you have paid for

This patrol station experience was very bad.. Everyone try to go different patrol station instead of this place they give people parking ticket silently and send them to parking fine letter.. Doesn't matter if you guys go to this place to buy patrol or other stuff at the same time.. They will take a picture send home address parking fine..

Yesterday, on 26/10 at 10 p.m., I tried to get assistance from a staff member on the night shift. This person was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. To all my questions, he simply responded with, “petrol? Petrol? Petrol? Today, on 27/10 at 10 a.m., I tried once more to get information regarding my parcel, which was delivered to a Shell station, but a different staff member didn’t even know the station’s address. He was also exceptionally rude. I came during his working hours, only asking for a straightforward response—I didn’t expect him to get up from his chair. Yet again, another useless employee.

Poor service, lazy like sloth guy at the till moreover if he sees someone from his native place then you spend hours just to pay the amount of fuel

The attendant on the night shift never speaks, not even to say thanks, now I just go and pay I treat him the same way he treats me?

Very worst service . Not only this time . I living here more than 3 years . Tomato went went to garage sales person He name was Mani . He is very rude also time was not even 9:30 PM he close the shop door and tell to everyone to pay first . Also he accepted only cash . He is shouting aswell he taking photos of me . I don’t know why he is taking photos without my knowledge. is not first time . Regularly this guys are doing same thing . I asking a reson he said card machine is not working . This is very unacceptable . Its shows reduce the customer’s friendliness.very worst service.
