Ship and shovel car wash

Not the best service in the area. I don't know what the hype is all about... I thought I'd pay a visit based on the reviews but honestly I wish I had of gone to another place like Thomas Rd Hand Car Wash (I have been there once before and they provided a more proficient and faster service). I arrived here and I waited for about 15 to 20 minutes and I told the owner of the business to take his time washing the car before mine. I was next. Once mine began, the detergent they used wasn't the best as there was still grime and black debris on the body and wheel rims. At times the owner with the baseball cap (he washed my car) would just jump on to the next section without finishing the side he started on. It's a shame as I had to take the cloth from him a few times to redo and complete the wiping of the debris. He didn't even bother to ask me to scroll down the windows so he could wipe them dry. I had to ask him to do it for me. What a joke! I won't be coming here again that's for sure! I had to park my car somewhere to finish the wiping of the water and grime. When it came to making the payment I failed, quite a few times, in calling him so he could provide me with the bank transfer details. Not sure if he was deliberately trying to ignore me so I could wait longer. It was talking to a wall. Shambolic service that's for sure.

Awful service. Did not clean my car properly, did a very rushed job. Asked for an inside and out, they didn't hoover the inside properly and when pointed out, they complain. After mentioning the first time that it wasn't done correctly, they hooved it again for a couple seconds and said 'happy?' Walking off. I pointed out yet again that the door wasn't touched at all, and they told me that to clean the door is a £100 service. I asked him to repeat and he said thank you gesturing me to leave. A joke of a service. I prefer to drive 15mins to go to my usual place. Will not return and do not recommend. Attached a couple pictures to show their best effort.

😡!!!AVOID THIS PEOPLE!!!😡 I HAVE A BMW 3 SERIES STATE THAT NEEDED A FULL VALLET, ASKED THE OWNER PAV IF HE COULD DO IT FOR ME BUT I WANTED A PROPER POLISHING WITH THE MACHINE TO GET RID OF SOME LIGHT SCRATCHES THAT WAS EASY TO REMOVE AND HE SAID IT WOULD COST ME £150 AS IT WOULD TAKE MANY HOURS TO DO POLISH THE CAR ETC BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT RESULTS.. I HAVE AGREED AND BUT WHEN I WENT TO COLLECT THE CAR I WAS IN SHOCK TO SEE HOW BAD THEY POLISH AND CLEAN THE CAR, THEY NEVER USE THE MACHINE TO POLISH IT SHOWN TO HIM ALL THE DEFECTS AND HE SIMPLY STARTED MOWING ABOUT AND REFUSE TO DO THE JOB PROPERLY AND CHARGED ME THE £150 FOR A JOB THAT WOULD NEVER COST ME MORE THAN £70, REALLY DISAPPOINTED AS NOW I NEED TO PAY ANOTHER £100 TO A PROPER POLISHING WHERE IT SHOULD BE DONE BY THIS PEOPLE, PLEASE AVOID SO YOU NOT BE DISAPPOINTED LIKE ME! 😡

Best car wash on Ripple Road!!! Customer service is 10/10 you can see the care and passion they put into their craft and I respect that alot Aaron & Pav always make me feel welcome always nice to have a chat with them.

This car wash had the best reviews on google in the local area so went to try them out and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent service, car very clean inside and out at very reasonable prices compared to others! would recommend and will be using again. Thanks

Hi everyone. The waiting time was minimum and the two operatives washing my car were highly professionals. It is obvious that they are passionate about cars and about their job. Small details make the difference for a person that care about his vehicle and expects value for money. They haven't touched the bumper with the vacuum hose (like most of the other car wash companies are doing), they washed underneath the doors ( element that is usually left untouched), and they are very polite and friendly. Thank you guys! I can't recommend them enough!

The best car wash in the area. The mini valut they others do for 20 pounds these guys are doing with the standard price.
