Rob what can I say myself and satisfying detailing we found love in an award place 😂 as we are all aware of the unfairness your sweet Angel experienced which is me .. the service is very highly professional and friendly.. you got rid of my thirst a few times we need to extend the drink collection 😉. Massive shout out to Robbie and the team at Satisfy Detailing for the incredible job they’ve done on my 13-year-old A3! After refurbishing the rims, repainting 3 panels, and applying a ceramic coating to the body, they’ve taken a car that was really showing its age and made it look brand new again. I’ve used a lot of garages over the years, but this is one of the few places that genuinely impressed me. I originally booked in for a full detail and was blown away by the finish – the car looked better than the day I bought it. A few weeks later I went back for some bodywork on a scraped rear quarter panel and the repair was flawless. You’d never know there had been any damage. What stood out most was that they don’t treat you like just another job. The team took the time to explain everything, gave honest advice, and never tried to upsell unnecessary work. Whether it’s detailing, paint correction, body repairs, servicing, or general garage work, the quality is consistently top-notch. It’s rare to find a business that excels at both appearance and mechanical work, but these guys have clearly mastered both. Highly recommended to anyone who actually cares about their car.

I don’t know where to start with these guys, I guess three words to summarise:- Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, transparent. My Mercedes SL350 2003 was a disaster, stuck in park, sat developing damp, mould, mechanical and electrical issues popping up by the day. Shunned by at least six garages in my area of Streatham. I was totally lost. A friend recommended Satisfy and they took the job on without a second thought. They recovered the vehicle and saw the challenge as a delight to work with. Rob sent videos of each and every thing they were working on in real-time updates. It was refreshing to experience such transparency and they would explain things in such a way that a child could understand. The following works were carried out:- Gear Selector replacement and programming (main huge issue) Heater matrix sorted Emissions filter cap replaced New brake pads New brake discs New tyres and wear sensors Full service (spark plugs, air filter, oil filter, fuel filter, cabin filter, oil change) MOT Full leather interior cleaned of mould, restored and looking brand new 3 stage polish and 2yr ceramic coating The car is now driving better than ever- the difference is absolutely ridiculous how they have enhanced the vehicle- it is getting so much extra purchase especially at the top end, where is was labouring previously (before it got stuck in park!). They went above and beyond. As mentioned, no job is too big or small for Rob, Martin and the team there, they absolutely thrive on a challenge (apparently the whole team cheered when they finally got the car moving again) and it was such a pleasure to watch them operate. I am looking forward to have them work through the rest of the list I have- this easily becomes an addiction when working with a team so wonderful!!!! I took my Subaru STI to Satisfy Detailing & got some damage to the sill repaired and re-painted. Great experience with Rob, Theo & the team. They run the shop as true enthusiasts. Felt very welcome, they explained everything well, sent pictures through the job as well as detailed the car to a lovely standard. Would recommend for any body work/repairs/repaints.

Booked my car in with Staisfy Detailing for a Stage 1 & Stage 2 machine polish, wheel refurbishment, interior steam/leather clean, engine bay detail, and to sort an annoying electrical issue with the tailgate. Honestly, the transformation was unbelievable. The polish brought out a proper deep “water shine” look in the paint — the kind where the car almost looks wet even when it’s dry. For a 9-year-old car, it now turns heads everywhere. I’ve genuinely had random strangers compliment the shine and overall condition since getting it back. What impressed me most was that they went beyond just detailing. Robbie and the team took the time to help diagnose and sort the tailgate electronic issue as well, which shows they actually care about the customer and the car, not just the cosmetic side. The turnaround was super quick too — basically everything done within around 24 hours. Great bunch of lads, very receptive, hardworking, and clearly know what they’re doing. Bonus points as well for Bella the puppy onsite, who definitely adds to the customer experience 😂 Big thanks to Robbie and his young crew — highly recommended if you want your car looking showroom fresh again.
