Worst car wash in London, don't use it! They will treat you badly, do a really poor job, waste your time, and ask for a disproportionate price.

Terrible service, rushed cleaning! Rude and disrespectful staff! They are also dishonest; they advertise one price and charge you a different price. AVOID!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! AVOID AVOID! Went for a car wash, and I told them I was unhappy with the streaks all over the car since it wasn’t dried off properly with the cloth but I also said it was ok they can leave it as it is I’ll sort it out when I go home. I paid and I was going to leave. Until all the staff including owner started to argue with me. With a lady adding “for £15 this is what u will get pay me £100 I’ll do it better”? I’m sorry but your prices is your choice and price was not an issue… their excuse for a rubbish job is pricing? I’ve been going there for years under old management but this new management is so unprofessional and bad bad service.

I came in for a routine car wash, and honestly, the clean was poorly done. The exterior had clearly not been cleaned properly, which led to me having to clean it myself. At that point, what was the point of me coming in? Four workers were working, yet quite little was done. If I could give no stars, I would.

Went there around lunch time today, there was a long wait but I was stuck as had driven in, there was one guy washing the cars down but had missed spots and too concerned about going to the back to smoke. Anyway at this point I just wanted the car washed so I could leave. That was done but ahead of me there was a car that was being cleaned inside and dryed on outside, like waiting 15 minutes with my car air drying. I asked the lady and the man, how long it will take and was being ignored. I got really angry and did speak quite firmly and decided to just leave with my car wet. They only had 2 people drying the cars. Don’t bother coming to this place unless you want to be trapped, I miss the old management.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! They sell dangerous tyres with punctures and buldges on sidewall. They say there is no problems with tyre and make you come down and waste your time. Very shady business. One worker even threatened violence on me. Shocking
