Air machine never works

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the pump, as their customer service representatives demonstrated a lack of proficiency in handling customer interactions and communication.

Its a patrol station you fuel you car up with desail or patrol unleaded. They have a good service very polite staff members. Customer toilets are available.

She'll petrol station is good for all your petrol plus shopping so go and try it for yourself

Today is the 24th March 2026. Shell is under new management , the shop assistant named “ Kani “ a very polite and hard working individual. I watched him unload and push 17 cages / trolleys of stock into the shop and started preparing the shelf display with a little assistant from the dhl driver. Kani was always smiling and helpful and very hardworking , doing all this alone . I appraised him . He told me this was his 3rd delivery of the day and that 2 co workers had already finished their shift and gone home leaving him all alone with 1 more co worker who was at the tills the whole time. I recommend this young man to be rewarded for his hard efforts , he was doing all this work alongside helping customers. This man should be in a management position, I’m hoping shell representatives pickup on his hard efforts and reward him equally. Well done “Kani “ . We need more people like you to enhance and improve this economy . It was a pleasure to meet you and watch you work efficiently. Good man 👍🏼

Saturday 28th February,v power pumps not working

glowing in a neon light, open 24 hours. however, when we approached the door it was closed by an employee who said that you have to order from the window. but when we went to the window, the other guy said ‘closed’.

NO SIGN NO NOTHING THE TILL IS COUNTED 23:35 stuff says it closes midnight

Fuel quality is excellent

I don’t recommend these shell as prices are expensive and staff behave like non trained people

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Absolutely miserable and rude staff. They also lie about their closing times. The older gentleman that works there needs to go as he is so rude and dismissive.

Miserable Staff! Nightmare everytime shoping there. No quality of service- on their phones badly stocked shelf’s. Always over charge me on the deals. Will not go back!

I called and he ended the call on me, why have your number online if you will not co operate

Rude staff never go

They have an amazon return counter but they refuse to take the return and make an excuse every time that the scanner is not working and come back later or try another location. They do this everytime. I am pretty sure it;s an excuse because it's not worth it for them to take the return. I assume it comes as part of some sort of a package where amazon pay them regardless for having the lockers and return option there.

Yet again they say 'Amazon server not working' when trying to return a parcel... If you don't want to offer the service please be upfront!
