UK hand carwash

I paid £100 for a valeting job and I was really shocked by how bad the job was. No one should use these guys. I rarely leave reviews but this was so bad I am leaving a review. We literally spent about 20 minutes where I'm pointing out that surfaces haven't been wiped, the storage compartments haven't been cleaned, etc. Really obvious stuff. You pay £100 and you expect to get a spotless car - not one where you get in and you can spot dozens of dirty spots. Then they tried to convince me that they would usually charge £150 for my car. Left a pretty sour taste in my mouth unfortunately. I felt like I'd got a £20 job but paid £80 extra.

Dead car wash. Drove in with my car fine. Came out with a missing button. When questioning the valetor nobody seemed to be bothered just keeps telling me they didn’t find it. They really don’t care how they treat your cars. When asking me if I want the inside cleaned, some idiot decides to jet spray the side of the door shut carelessly making my trainers all wet and gas peddles then he just laughs it off like it’s a joke. They said they checked the hoovers but not once did they even open to check it like I’m stupid. Fortunately the button only costs £30 on eBay so not a big deal. But they could have refunded the £20 I paid so I can get that replaced knowing full well that one of the valetor done a sneaky one. Paid £20 and they didn’t even clean the boot. Their excuse was “the boot was locked and I was on the phone” flippin open the boot yourself or just ask me again to unlock it for you. Had to drive out and then return to get the boot hoovered. Also they just scratch and hit your car with their jet spray like it’s not gna damage the paintwork. They did not admit anything at the scene. Never going back to this car wash again. If you’re in the area just drive 5 mins to the car wash in Ley street 100x better.

It’s fraud car wash. Must be avoided I have a Toyota Yaris, hatch back. It’s a small car. Supposed to charge 15£ Every where. The charge me for medium size car 20£. As saloon car. Staff behaviour is very bad.

Worker is rude and abusive. They damaged my car. Would not recommend.

Went to wash an expensive car, the car had some dead insect marks, apparently that is not part of a car wash, I asked what is part of the car wash? They asked me to go to a different cash wash?!? I have been going there for the past 5-6 years and this how they treat loyal customers, Shame on you!!?! Very disappointed , The car wash was not washed properly and they charged £25!?!! Avoid if you can!!!!

Avoid This Place – Poor Service and Careless Staff I came in for a simple in-and-out clean, and they barely touched the inside of my car. The dashboard was still dusty, there were mud stains on the inner doors, and several obvious areas were completely ignored. To make matters worse, they didn’t even return my car mats. I had to drive all the way back to retrieve them, and even then, the staff made little effort to help—until I spotted the mats myself. This place charges premium prices for subpar, careless service. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save your money—there’s a much better car wash just down the road across from Harvesters. I’ll never return here, and I strongly suggest you don't either.

Worst car wash iv been to.. wheels came out with brake dust still one them and swirl marks all over from dirty rags and to top it they think they are doing you a favour by washing your car

The worst car wash I have ever encountered. Charged me £20 for a small car and didn't even wash roof or clean my boot. Had to rehash myself. Avoid

This car wash is good

Wow I have never been treated so well before at a car wash and my car… they didn’t rush and took there time on my car which was refreshing they kept my children entertained which was nice. They topped up my screen wash and cleaned my engine with air when opening my bonnet which I have been seen before… I pay much more when I use to live in Luton and they would never take there time which very impressed me. The cost was £15 cheaper what I normally pay in Luton for 4X4 inside and out. They kept checking on my car as I was strapping the kids off and gave me a free air fresher. Don’t listen to the negative reviews otherwise if I did I wouldn’t have found this gem in seven kings .. keep it up all you are amazing people working hard. Thank you x
