I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the "Ultra Ceramic Wash XTR " I purchased today at this location. To my dismay, the service was completely unacceptable. Not only was the vehicle left visibly dirty with water spots and streaks across multiple panels, but more concerningly, the wash has resulted in several noticeable scratches on my car’s paintwork. Given the premium price paid for what was supposed to be their top-tier service, this level of damage and lack of cleanliness is inexcusable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this car wash if they value the condition of their vehicle.

Not worth the money. Barely cleaned and don’t have anyone on the end of the cleaning cycle to ask questions. And once you enter can’t exit without paying.

Terrible! I just took my car in for a car wash. I told him my wheels are a bit dirty could you play particular attention to it please? He just shrugged his shoulders! When I came out of the car wash, the wheels were dirty. I approached and said look the wheels are very dirty. He became very rude and abusive, moving his arms around and told me go and do it yourself! I said to him politely that’s not very nice and it’s not very polite. He got angry, was waving his arms around and started swearing at me! I have been coming here for a number of years and never experience such poor Service or behaviour. Avoid avoid avoid!!’

This IMO car wash doesn't stick to their opening times. Arrived 15 min before 19:00 today, 13th March, Friday, to be told by the washers that they have closed, despite their gate was still widely open. I used to use the services of this IMO car wash branch regularly since 2016, but today I was very bad surprised by the unfriendly "welcome" from the washers. A BIG ADVICE TO IMO UK MANAGEMENT: Your company needs a huge improvement in customer service.

Service is efficient and the waiting area is comfortable. Overall, it’s a professional and trustworthy car wash.

Decent price, washes car quite well. Good for a quick wash, not for detailed wash. Only missed a few spots.

The google says they’re closing at 7pm which they were closed at 6:00pm I drive 20 min to get there , than I decide maybe I’ll take a photo and put on the Google. Than he walked away !
