No answer from phone call, no fuel. No way to find out if fuel is available, not through app, email, website or phone. How do I know, with the fuel shortage if this place has fuel?

Avoid avoid avoid Possible that the staff here got the worst customer service of all time. You would think that being the most expensive fuel on the road would give you that little extra service. No, what you get is a member of staff who is sitting at the counter munching away on a portion food with his fingers and on a video call to someone, you then have to excuse yourself into there personal conversation to get served only to be over charged on goods until you say paying by card? What the actual... Sort out your staff/fuel its shocking and embarrassing

I went to one of your Shell petrol stations in 699 Rainham Rd S, Dagenham RM10 8UX to wash my van. I put £5 in the jet machine and started washing with a brush. After few seconds I realised that the foam brush doesn't work properly but I decided to continue to finish washing my van as I didn't want to loose my money. Then, when the screen of the machine was still showing more than 200 seconds, it switched off itself and reseted to 0 seconds. I went to the cashier and asked what's happened and his told me that machine is broken and that there is a traffic cone standing and I shouldn't go there. Unfortunately, traffic cone was in completely different place, somewhere on the side and almost impossible to notice for drivers. There wasn't even any sign on the machine that is out of use and everything looked fine so how could I new that it was broken? Cashier didn't want to give me any money back, not even the part that was wasted. He told me to come back once they will repair so I can finish washing my van. I'm very disappointed about what has happened. I had to go to another jet wash to rinse the foam and finish washing my van. It is ridiculous. I'm also so much disappointed because of that irresponsible and rude cashier who didn't put any proper sign indicating that machine is out of use. I wasted my time and money while looking for another jet wash...
