Always a top class service when I get my car cleaned here.

I was disappointed by the inconsistent pricing. A few weeks ago I paid £25 for the same SUV wash, then £30, and today I was charged £35 for exactly the same service. A £10 increase in such a short time without any explanation feels excessive. The wash itself was fine, but the constantly increasing prices make it hard to justify coming back. I value good service, but I also expect fair and consistent pricing.

I have been coming here ever since it opened and whenever anyone asks me where to get a good car wash, this is the place I recommend. I always tell people it’s a little more expensive than some others, but only by a couple of pounds and it’s usually worth it for the service you get. However, I came here the other week early in the morning and noticed the usual boss wasn’t there. The dark-haired guy who normally runs the place is always polite and professional, and you can tell he knows how to run a business and keep things in order. I had my car cleaned inside and out and went to pay. When they told me the price, I was shocked because I had never paid that much before. Looking at the price board, it seemed pretty clear I was being overcharged. I said it wasn’t a problem and I’d pay it, but I just wanted to point out that the main guy had never charged me £30 for the same wash. The worker then went over to a blonde, skinny-looking guy who had given him the price. They both came over to me and the blonde guy just said, “Your car, £35,” and walked off. Funny enough, I recognised him from years ago when he worked at a car wash in Collier Row, where he had a reputation for overcharging customers. I stood my ground and told the other worker, “I’ll pay £30, but that’s it. Otherwise, I’ll just get in my car and leave.” He accepted the £30 in the end. This experience has completely put me off going there again. A business should be able to run properly when the boss isn’t around, and staff shouldn’t be able to make up prices or try to take advantage of customers. It’s a real shame because I’ve been a loyal customer for years and always recommended this place to others, but I won’t be returning after this.

Been twice for just basic outside clean, 1st time was £15 & good service, 2nd time was £18 & a complete free for all in terms of order of cars & organisation. Had to get the owner over about the price & the fact cars wernt being done in order of arrival. They don’t seem to like it if you only want outside done. I will give it another go as the clean is good & location wise it’s good for me.

Great staff, there was a few missed spots outside and on the door frames, I think they could be more attentive for the price.

Incredible car wash service. Reasonable prices and incredible quality. Tried multiple car washes and this one goes above and beyond for the same prices. I can see us only using this in the future. The manager Teo accommodated us extremely well and was friendly. We had a bit of broken glass and he made arrangements for us. So good that we brought both our cars to get washed here, within the hour. I see ourselves only using this car wash in the future. Would highly recommend it, worth every penny.

Took my van to be washed and to do inside and out they wanted £40 which is an absolute joke considering I have no mats, only 2 seats and only require the front doing then thay wanted another £10 to do the roof. Complete ripoff. They do, do a good job but then most places do nowadays and for better prices. Be warned!
